Hello Gosselin fans! Happy Memorial Day Weekend! Please don't think for one minute that I have been avoiding posting on this blog, with all the media and hoopla that has been going on. This has been the busiest week I have had in a long time, and just wasn't able to get to this blog. I wasn't going to be like some Looney Moon site posting EVERY single article that is out there. Most are negative and many full of untruths and things I question. That is why this is the last post that I will be doing on this blog. For those that follow here I hope that you will join me on the NEW Jon & Kate Gosselin Fan Site. I'm soo excited to be starting this new site with no references to any of the negative blogs that are out there. I hope that those that are interested in a healthy debate come post there as well. There is still a real need for a completely positive fan site, and I'm more committed than ever to continue to have that for you. I've become quite the hit on the troll sites and that only gives me more of a desire to move forward. Hope you will come join me!

Hello Gosselin Fans! Well if your not sick to death of the million repetitive articles on Jon & Kate & their supposed affairs you maybe soon. With Kevin & Jodi now claiming Kate was giving Jon a "contract to cheat" I was laughing so hard I almost fell to the floor. Its got so insane at this point, nothing is believed anymore. And what's with everyone's brothers coming out now trying to get as much cash as they can out of this mess? I myself need to give my brother the side eye at this point. (lol) With the season premiere looming and looking to be the highest ratings EVER for TLC & hopefully cable, will people tune in for the entire season? Or will this be a one shot deal?

I am just about ready to start the NEW JON & KATE FAN SITE. I feel that its a great time to unload the past and start off fresh. Again, I hope my followers of this blog will come to the new site. My husband surprised me for Mother's Day with a family vacation to CA the first week of June. (The kids LOVED the Lego Land Episode which sparked my CA interest). So there may be a slight pause if I don't take my computer, but other than that its full steam ahead with the new blog! I'm looking to close this site this weekend, including the comments. I am so super excited and I hope you will feel free to come and comment now on the new site!

And finally, a few of you had mentioned seeing previews for the new Jon & Kate episode during a commercial for Night At the Museum: Battle Of The Smithsonian. I think it was shown because that episode is also at The Smithsonian and will be shown this season. If you think its on before the season starts, let me know.

Well rumors are flying everywhere about this new topic: Jon & Kate the movie.

"The Gosselins supposedly are going to work with a ghostwriter to pen a book about their very public leap into the nation's consciousness -- a book that will then be turned into a TV movie.

Think about it: A small-screen flick, inspired by a small-screen reality show.

No word on who would be considered to play Jon and Kate, ''but it's likely it will be two unknown actors, picked for physical similarities to the Gosselins," said a source at TLC, the cable channel that airs the couple's hit show ''Jon & Kate Plus Eight.'

Go figure, I actually remember seeing her on the show and she had nothing but RAVES about how wonderful the Gosselins were

Hello Gosselin fans! Please do not think that I have been laying low during this whole Gosselin mess. Next Weekend is my daughters Communion and with parties work and school I'm a bit overwhelmed. I have not wanted to read one more rumor, paid family member, or media attack on this family. When I read the recent story about Brooke Shields and her mother, I almost lost it. The National Enquirer actually removed her from a nursing home trying to get a tabloid story out of her. The whole thing is sick and sad. That these magazines have gotten so desperate that they would pull a stunt like that is insane. Which leads me to the Gosselins..They can't even go to Party City without being swarmed by the paparazzi. How long before a hotter story hits that they will be left alone?

Hello Gosselin fans! If I sat here (like other LOONEY sites) and addressed every single tabloid I would be here for days, or very exhausted. I know when its a slow news weeks and a story like this breaks. When I saw what US Weekly was coming out with I was SUPER pissed. Reading hate blogs and getting your info based on rumors and lies is NOT how you run a magazine. So now I can completely understand why Kate did the People.com interview. The Star and The Enquirer are to me pure trash. When your title story is "Mommy & Daddy Please Don't Fight!" you know what your getting in terms of the article. I'm not linking them here, but you know the articles are now everywhere.

I'm sorry to all the fans that have sent photos and stores about their meeting with Kate at her various stops on her book tour. I did promise that I would post them, but with all that's happened I haven't had the time. I am going to address and talk about the latest appearance. It was important because this was after the scandal broke and Kate appeared to be at her most vulnerable. Today on GMA, it was most of the same sadly. Jon & Kate were not on, and they showed the clip again of Jodi & Kevin. Watching it make me shudder. He sounded fake, insincere and like he was just waiting for a check to be cut. It makes me angry and now I dislike them even more. It showed they were only there to cash in on his sister. GMA handled it very professionally, and that they really felt sorry for them right now, with the hopes for the new season..If I get the link today I will add it on this post.

OK, this is just my opinion. But I am devastated and heartbroken that they came out and wrote vicious lies and twisted so many rumors just in the last two weeks. I always enjoyed reading Us Weekly, but I'm truly saddened and surprised that they put such a ridiculous spin on Kate and her bodyguard. In no way do I think that she had an affair with him. To put all the garbage they did in there just to sell their magazine, I don't know how low they can go. But I'm figuring next week they will say that the dogs are actually robots and Jon has gotten 2 girls pregnant. Who knows.

Hello Gosselin Fans! I am sad to say I lost the last ounce of respect for the lovely "Aunt Jodi" and her family. Here her husband Kevin makes one comment and Star Magazine publishes the biggest pack of garbage yet. (I'm sorry I deleted your post Denise). I have always respected People to give the most accurate and precise information. I give you the People Magazine link and you make up your own minds. I am glad that Kate is speaking up. I have always been such a strong supporter of hers and after this article I am more determined to do so.

Hello Gosselin fans! I would like to start off by saying that the infamous "Mr. Gray" everyone is talking about was currently just helping for Zondervan for Kate's book tour. He is NOT Kate's personal bodyguard. Phew! OK, so with all the news stories about the Gosselins now, its been increasingly more hard for Kate (even out buying a birthday cake yesterday for Mother's Day) to go out anywhere without TMZ or some money-hungry photog. following her. I applaud her sense of strength in the face of adversity. The more nasty people get, the more she is hounded, the cooler & calmer she appears. I try to think of things in a "what would you do" kind of way. I find myself (and again this is just me) feeling more and more sad for her each day. I only hope that this show, this season, we will see "public therapy & healing". Those fans that felt the show lost some of its luster, are now anxious and excited for the new season. And that's great to hear! And while I still greatly disagree with those that felt it was because of all the trips and freebies, I hope that this season will be again, more about healing and strength. With a cool trip here and there thrown in of course! (And if any of you find a link to the appearance Kate made on the 700 Club today, please send it to me!) And don't forget Kate will be appearing on Rachel Ray on Tuesday morning!

Regarding the end of this site, I only hope my New Gosselin Family Fan Site and the positive, fresh feel it brings will also be a great addition to the new season. I truly hope that you follow me as I say goodbye to this chapter of my blogging that has brought me so much joy and come over to my family-friendly new Gosselin fan page. After these past 10 months I feel that there is a need for a completely non-negative & fully supportive fan site for those that truly do not want to see some of the hatred that's out there. Hello Gosselin fans! I know that I am slow getting things up before anyone else. And I'm disappointed to say that had to go back to moderating my blog. Its hard when your only on the computer twice a day. But after reading the upsetting comments from fans unhappy with all the nastiness on the site, I now had to go back to it. My goal is to keep this place civil and respectful. The trolls can take their pick of the vulgarity elsewhere. I can't be all things to everyone, but I love those that come here to bring positive energy and be supportive. I know that lately there has been a focus shift from the family to the fan sites. And since I'm the best (lol), I'm the one they attack. But when your voice of the fans you need to continue to stay focused and supportive. And while I personally would have had Jon's man parts made into earrings to go with my hot new bracelet by now, this is my goal: To make sure everyone knows that I will continue to make the best fan site out there. To support this family and their new season, and to pray for healing and continued solidarity. Hello Gosselin fans! Figures, today is a beautiful day..wish this weather was yesterday! At first I was going to blow past all this but I had to comment about a few things. There have been many people commenting about posts they thought I made on magazine articles. I DO NOT (and haven't in some time) posted on articles such as People, Just Jared & US Weekly. It's been hard dealing with people that use your name, include a link to your page, and then write hurtful things. The jealousy at this point is insane.... While I continue to contact the sites and investigate, please know that you are not reading anything I have personally wrote or said. Now on with the show.(lol)

Hummel continues to deny any sort of romantic relationship with Gosselin, and the elementary school teacher admits that there's been bad blood between her and her brother for a while now. "My brother is very shady," says Hummel. "He has no job. He has a criminal background. He was charged for drug distribution. He's on probation right now."

Hello Gosselin fans! Happy Cinco De Mayo! I'm being told that this post is being anticipated and talked about on certain other blogs and I find that amusing. What was not fun was waking up this morning seeing pouring cold rain & knowing this would not be a good day..for me OR Kate! Going downtown is like another world away. Its takes a lot of prep time and it's rough to get down there. But I know that Zondervan was smart having it at a Barnes & Noble in the middle of Tribecca that's all schools & day cares. The problem was the rain had other ideas.....Its not like your in a cozy mall or a store to hang out in. New York Mommies are NOT the type to wait in the rain with their kids for a signing. So instead of being elated that by the time my daughter and I got there almost an hour late it wasn't mobbed, I felt bad that because of the weather the turnout wasn't in the thousands like I had hoped.. Nevertheless the positives was that she spent extra time with everyone that came. Including us! It was MY SECOND time and I was just as excited!

My daughter has been waiting for weeks to play hookie and have the day off to be alone in the city with Mommy. Of course while on line she saw Kate she got very nervous. I was having a hard time coaxing her over to the table and lucky for me Kate took charge.. "You know Mady & Cara have the same shirt as you?" Why don't you come here and tell me your name?" Meanwhile I am having a heart attack because my camera (of all times in the world) decides to die on me. I apologized to Kate for keeping her frozen (for a pic) while I tried to snap a photo..she said "Are you kidding, you do NOT have that horrible camera I once had do you? Let me see" and proceeded to try to look at my camera. That's just Kate. She was again very cool, and even hugged my daughter before taking what I believe was a bathroom break. My daughter almost passed out and said "That was so awesome mommy!", when Maddy comes to sign books can I come again?" From the mouth of babes....

Few nice notes..While struggling with my camera I asked if she went home or was staying to enjoy the city..She said she was anxious to get home in time for dinner. (I guess its close enough for her just to go home). I asked her if she was upset about the rain turning the mommies away. She said that although she was disappointed, it was more relaxed and she was able to talk to people more which is what she likes to do. I quickly told her about how excited I was to start a new chapter with my website and did NOT believe me that I was stopping the old one as I am approaching soon my 1 millionth hit in just a few short months. In her words "that's bizarre"...(In a good way trolls (lol))

After thanking me for coming and keeping the true fans of the show "updated" I went off with my happy girl and celebrated her "good girl day" with a trip to Build-A-Bear. Because, how DO you wrap up a fans mommy & me day? Coming home to an exhausted grandma & a baby that never took a nap of course! As I write this now, I am happy that I made the day special. And even MORE looking forward to season 5!

Hello Gosselin fans! OK so after I got some ridiculous e-mails about time stamps and how there may have been a blog somewhere that had the US Weekly article before me....WELL WHO CARES! By 9am it was EVERYWHERE anyway! I swear, people truly LOOK for things to complain about. Whenever a fan goes on a hate site its apparently me as well. Like I would ever go and comment on garbage like that. Please note, whenever I am anywhere I WANT people to know its me. I put my name there for a reason. I don't hide behind an Annon. or something stupid. Its funny because they WISH I would waste my time on sites like that!

Well my girl T. (you know who you are ;) and a few others hooked me up with the ACTUAL photos. And yes I have them BEFORE ANYONE ELSE. And yes I am still going to meet Kate again on Tuesday, so I'm excited I was able to take off work, as my eldest daughter really wants to go too. So its a Mommy & Me day! I pray for beautiful City weather! So enjoy the reviews!

T.: I began my trek to PA from MD at 9:00 A.M. I arrived a little before 11:00 A.M. and as I was walking towards the building, I met this young woman who was also there to see the Gosselins, and we began talking. She is a local and mentioned that she knows one of the waitresses at Legends who also knows Jon and that she had told her that the whole story was blown out proportion. That girl and Jon have been friends for many years, NOTHING ELSE.

Once inside the arena we were directed to the area where the event was to take place. There was another event still going on, so we went over to the book table, and I was told that the line that was starting to form right next to the stage was for the book signing. So we decided to just stand in line and watch them from there. IT WAS A SMART MOVE!!! Had great “seats” and didn’t have to wait for hours to have our books signed. There must’ve been 1000 people there, easily. As we were waiting in line, I saw a couple of security guards move quickly towards the front of the building, which I later heard that there was some paparazzi trying to come in.

Now to the good stuff… Kate looked stunning wearing a very cute cranberry dress and black high-heeled shoes. She is thin, but not too thin and has a very nice subtle tan (not at all the “orange glow” that has been reported). Jon looked very handsome himself in dress jeans, long sleeve dress shirt and brown shoes. Kate explained that it was a treat to have Jon there, since she is so used to having an empty chair with her bottle of water next to her. And as I and I would dare say most of us had expected, Kate did most of the talking and was very candid and funny as she spoke about her pregnancy, their struggles at the beginning and how thankful they are for all the help that they received when they needed it most. And every time Jon said something he was very funny.

Jon was not there for the book signing portion of the event… Kate was very nice actually she was more personable than some famous authors that I have met at book signings in the past. And yes, she made eye contact with people. She signed both of my books, I thanked her and she thanked me for coming. There was a young girl that gave her a gift for the kids and Kate opened it while the girl was there... It was some kind of small dolls and Kate got very excited about them and thanked her and her mom for them. I took a few pictures and went on to enjoy the rest of the show. As I worked my way around the complex checking out the exhibitions and ended back at the stage area, again I said to myself IT WAS A SMART MOVE to stand in the book signing line and watch them from there!!! I am really glad that I made the trip!!!

JOYCE: I live in Harrisburg, PA and went to see Jon and Kate today at the woman's show -- I sat about 15 feet from them -- Kate is gorgeous, looked wonderful and is in great shape!!! She is funny, self-deprecating and sarcastic and told the oft-related story about her pregnancy with the tups, with Jon adding a few comments here and there. He looked a bit sheepish; and makes cute faces when she says some things. Kate (and Jon) spoke for about 45 minutes, took a short break, then Kate came out for book signings. There were about 300-400 people in line, she signed all. I stood near the signing table several times for 5 minutes or so each and observed her and listened into her small talk with many, many people. She was very gracious to everyone. When it came to our turn (I went with 3 others) for Kate to sign our books, she again was very nice to each of us. I thanked her for keeping it real, I really appreciate it and she said no problem, thank you.

Hello Gosselin fans! I have to apologize to the fans of the show and this blog... After the barrage of negative comments by the FANS wanting to not have this site turned into another nasty debate site, I wanted to get back to the main premise of this blog. As fans of the show our hearts break to hear any negative strife between both Jon & Kate. But the question is how do we know if any of this is true based on photos and lies in the media that start directly from blogs fueling the fire?? Nothing would be more heartbreaking than to think the haters could manipulate the media and try to destroy this family. My goal here, is just to continue to pray and support the Gosselins and show solidarity and support.

People Magazine: Jon did NOT Flirt With College Girls In Feb.

In February, Jon was spotted hanging out with a couple of female college students from Juanita College, located near his hometown in Pennsylvania. People Magazine, tells the REAL story:

But a couple of girls who met Jon that night said he didn't flirt with anyone. "He was very well-behaved, a gentleman," Alex-Rae Campbell, a college student who attended the party, told PEOPLE. "He talked more about his wife than his kids. He was very friendly, very approachable."

Lately I realized that I am basically giving you just my thoughts on how I feel about Jon going out and living his life not realizing how badly things can get twisted. And now that the show is so huge I don't know how he could think that he can go to a bar like the rest of us and not have it splashed across a tabloid and be made into a huge spectacle. The new issue of Us Weekly has shocking, exclusive pictures of the Jon & Kate Plus 8 dad leaving a club at 2 a.m. -- with a mystery woman and without his wedding band.

Jon Gosselin arrived at the club at 11:20 p.m. and by 2 a.m. "could barely walk" as he exited the less-public back entrance of Legends Lounge -- near the family's $1.3-million home in Wernersville, Pennsylvania -- on April 18, a fellow partier tells Us Weekly.

Where was his wife Kate -- known for her insults and who famously once berated him for breathing on the show? Nearly 2,000 miles away, promoting her book Eight Little Faces in Bellevue, Washington. While TLC had no comment on the story or the couple's marital status, Jon sent an emailed statement to Us.

"I went to Legends to speak to the owner. A friend of mine wanted to check out my car, so I let her drive it to her car," he says. "Yes, I have female friends -- but that is all she is. I'm not going to end my friendships just because I'm on TV."

Hello Gosselin fans! This is the longest posting gap in a while and for that I am truly sorry. My eldest child celebrated her 8th birthday yesterday. I feel really old now. I remember just yesterday begging the doctors to let me come to the hospital a day early so that she didn't arrive on my wedding anniversary. I was all hormonal crazy about special days or something... She made it 11 minutes under the wire. Its been so beautiful this weekend and normally its cold and raining, so this was such a treat. I celebrated 10 years of wedded bliss today. Ok maybe not all bliss, but he is truly a gem that needs to be appreciated more..I'm working on it ;) I received alot of messages for those fans that actually count on this blog here to watch their favorites. Again, I will be working on a place where you can see them all here at your convenience. Also, Kate was in North Carolina, Georgia & Florida this weekend.. Jon & Kate Plus Sustainabilit-eight, Earth Day Network, Boy's Day Out

Hello Gosselin Fans How was your EARTH DAY? There was a big response to the "Earth Day" Jon & Kate episode. The emails that I received were overwhelming, it really seemed people were excited about seeing a new show. What wasn't exciting was the feeling that most were hoping that this show was going to be some sort of new Epiphany of sorts. New happy Kate, excitement over going green. Making you feel like running around the house shutting lights, recycling and hitting the roof to do some solar panels. One of the biggest gripes was that it didn't really get us pumped to save the world. Or at least really do some soul searching for Earth Day.

I was kinda confused that so many expected so much from the show. There were so many negative comments centered around Kate using Styrofoam cups (I thought they were paper?) and the paper she used, it was muddling the whole point of the show. Why does this family have to be so perfect in peoples eyes! I found the show very helpful and insightful. But more had to do with Kate's "less than stellar" enthusiasm for helping the environment. But as Earth Day once again comes and goes once again on its 39th anniversary, how much of us will truly retain any of the excitement ourselves?

This article from Beliefnet.com talked about how the episode had many helpful tips. One on them was wishing Kate would get more excited about the Earth (lol):

"In between installing solar panels for electricity, solar thermal panels to heat the gallons of hot water they use for laundry and bathing, and LCD lighting to conserve energy, Steve and crew elaborated on the natural resources needed to maintain a family the size of the Gosselins, and how to reduce their carbon footprint. I'm glad that Discovery Communications decided to do this show, but I just wish that Kate had been more excited about it. So she has some emotional baggage from her father never completing home repair projects, but try to show a little enthusiasm about helping the environment so that those of us at home might be inspired to go green like the Gosselins."

Hello Gosselin Fans! I know I have been talking about the website, but haven't had much time to work on it. After all the excitement this week I will be working hard on its debut for the new season. Again, I will let you know when I switch over and I hope that you will continue to go through the hundreds of posts here. I really loved Ken Tuckers Review of the show and have included it below.....

I happen to really like the episode. I'm really like Kate in the fact that having a tons of people at my house doing projects is never my cup of tea. Also having someone like Steve and his made-for-TV personality trying to push me to turn green would probably give me a headache. But I loved that Kate was her usual "self". I also found it interesting that this was done on Valentines Day, when Jon was apparently all over the place.. I had actually met Kate 2 days prior and overheard her say to the couple in front of us that she was excited for Valentines Day and "all that was going on". Now back then I had no idea what that was, and I was really confused when people were claiming Jon was bar hopping around that time.. So perhaps in made sense that she was anticipating her roof jewelry the following day! Either way, looked like there was ALOT going on at the time, and she did terribly miss her kids. How cute was Alexis singing her song? :) I was soo happy to see the cards that she made the kids..But where were this years cute Pottery Barn Mailboxes?

Jon & Kate Go Green: Warm Results~ Ken Tucker EW.COM

"Since I never identify with Kate Gosselin more than when someone invades the family's domain to make a repair or do some renovating -- all that mess! all that ceding control to outsiders! -- last night's special Jon & Kate Plus 8 Go Green! was highly satisfying. With the help of Steve Thomas, host of Renovation Nation and formerly of This Old House, the Gosselin clan had some energy-efficiency added to their new house. Solar panels, stuff attached to the roof to heat their water -- I'm not going to pretend I understood much of it; I'm not a "handy" guy.

But the interaction between man-of-action Steve and woman-of-caution Kate was priceless. Coaxing her up into the "lift" to see the solar panels being installed, Steve seemed disappointed that Kate was (a) not "excited about seeing a solar panel" and (b) kind of afraid of heights. Me too, on both counts. When Steve extolled the virtues of eco-economics, Kate pointed out that his spiel was so dull, most of it would be edited out... and it was! She was right. "It's more fun to mock you, to be honest," Kate said. Honesty is her finest virtue. Her jokes are better, too. When Steve told Jon he was going to be the project's "stud finder," he actually seemed disappointed that Jon didn't snicker at that old home-improvement chestnut.

For a special that could have been deadly dull, Go Green! was rendered fun by Kate's skepticism and the kids' reliable adorableness. Hearing little Leah singing to herself, eavesdropping as the kids called the cherrypicker in their driveway a "blueberry truck": this is the stuff that Jon & Kate does best. The work Jon did alongside Steve Thomas' crew didn't look like easy stuff, either. All in all, it made me look forward to a season of new, "regular" episodes."

Hello Gosselin fans! So sorry that the posts have been so sparse lately, but this week is really crazy for me. I'm working on top of my family coming next week for my eldest daughters birthday. We all know it takes ALOT to get things ready when the whole family is in town! But I have received so many e-mails regarding all the fun so many had seeing Kate while she's in California I thought I would share some. I am super excited myself that we are taking our first trip ourselves to CA soon! Ive always wanted to go. Ugh but trying to fit all we want to do in a week is crazy! Next stop on Kate's tour is Washington for the last of the West Coast Dates then to New York!!! Tomorrow night is the BIG TLC Earth Day Programming including the new show..I'm super psyched about it! UPDATE: I added SEVERAL new Florida dates for those that were asking about Kate appearances! Please check the updated appearance list for a town near you!

"Hey Baby Mama! Today was the Pleasant Hill book signing and my friend and I drove the 100 miles to go see Kate! We ended up getting there around 4:00pm and had to wait those 3 long hours until Kate got there. Normally it would have been bearable but it got sooooo hot! Luckily the workers in the Border's cafe was kind enough to bring out small drinks to everyone. We weren't that far back in line (we were very close to the door) and when we got there we got our wristbands. In the line my friend and I were inbetween this very nice couple who had a singleton and quads (who were absolutely ADORABLE) and an old woman who seemed more ecstatic than us to meet Kate. (Rumor also had it that Jon and the kids were there, but I heard that from the older woman next to me so who knows).

Anyway, around 6:45 they allowed everyone with the pink wristbands to walk in. The line went really fast and we had now moved up to second in line due to the red wristbands. So, as we're waiting in line, you actually pass Kate (you had to loop around to the table though) and -sigh- she looked gorgeous! I had been thinking she was looking much to thin recently, but in person she definitely looks like she has a bit more weight on her.

It takes 3, maybe 5 minutes for us to loop around to the point where there was just one person ahead of us! Finally it was my time to get up and have Kate sign my book! She was extremely nice and I was just so nervous I couldn't say anything! I couldn't believe that Kate, THE Kate Gosselin, was right in front of me! I think I blurted out a 'Hello. Thank you so much!' and then kindly asked if she could sign 'Hi twins' at the bottom for my sisters. She just nodded her head and wrote it after her signature, and even added a smile face! Then it was my time to move on and I thanked her once again. It seemed like such a blur but she was so nice and always smiling."

"There she was, walking right through the store, accompanied by her security guards. It was 7, and people immediately started getting their books signed. I heard people who had gotten their books signed already saying she was so gorgeous and nice. We finally got to the front of the line, and it was surreal seeing her in person. She really was gorgeous. I had planned tell her she was such a good mom and I hoped to be as good a mom as her one day, but I became tongue tied as she was signing my book and only managed to say thank you. Although you were not allowed to take posed pictures, my mom took a pretty good picture of me with her as she was signing my book. She was so nice, and she asked me if my mom got the picture. This was one of the best days of my life, and thank you so much for your wonderful blog. If you did not post her upcoming appearances , I would have never know she was going to be in my area."

Kate Gosselin VS. Susan Boyle ??

Why you ask? Yeah I questioned it too. But David Zurawik from the Baltimoresun.com couldnt help but ask the question....Could people really be more interested in Kate Gosselin than Susan Boyle? Why his articles about the talent that is Ms. Boyle was just a puddle compared to the oceans of responses he gets when he posts an article on Kate? The answer is HECK YES! Why? Well let me read you my response to him and tell me what you think:

"I decided to link your page on my Jon & Kate fan site. Although I had never heard of this woman up until your article, I don't know how these two women can even be compared. The only similarity I see is that their rise to fame was both a quick one. Jon & Kate have millions of fans and have been on TV for a while now. Kate has become a celebrity in her own right as an author of three books. With that come people that feel the need out of sheer jealousy to write horrible things about her simply because she is no longer relateable because of her wealth. The shows success suddenly wasn't about the adorable kids, but recaps on how date Kate berate her own husband. People seem to think that just because she is on TV, that he life can be judged and criticized just because someone feels that they could do better.

Susan Boyle is being praised for her beautiful voice and Kate is being berated because of her new found wealth and unrelateable fame. They wouldn't be more different, but yet you question for the sake of publicity of your own blog..ohh why does Kate get more hits?? For the obvious reason that people love to snark and hate. Give Susan Boyle a makeover, a fancy car & a new house with a recording contract and watch the snakes hiss.

To encourage on your blog to "ohh please lets all SET THE RECORD STRAIGHT so we all know that you HATE Kate" is doing what every other hate site does, which is actually hand out the matches to watch the flame get higher. I have linked several of your pieces on the Gosselins to our site and have always enjoyed your articles. But comparing them is very unfair."

Audiences Focus On Growing Families

I found this really good article from the website Northernstar.com that was asking the questions most of us were wondering with all these new and upcoming reality shows featuring large families......

"Now in its fourth season and just renewed for a fifth, “Jon and Kate” has viewers who have grown to love watching the family deal with the daily stresses and joys of raising a large number of children. Is it because, dealing with today’s economic recession, people are intrigued to see how these families are able to support themselves? Or, is the public interested simply because they do not have to take care of that many children and find solace in having a significantly smaller family?

A lot of time is put into taking care of a normal-sized family, and even more with a large family, so viewers are most likely interested in seeing how these families live day-to-day compared to theirs. Are these families doing these shows just to get publicity and free help? The Gosselins have said that they’re doing the show not for free benefits, but because it’s “what’s best for their kids.”

There’re also rumors of the “Octo-Mom” getting a reality show in order to pay the bills. For whatever reason they choose to continue, these families are reaping the benefits of putting their families on the airwaves."

One.....more....step..Hello Gosselin Fans! Well as sick and exhausted as I was I actually did it. I walked the race for Stroller Strides and it was well worth it! When my friend told me she bought one of the Franchises I didn't think it would do well. But she has since expanded and doing great. Its important, at least if your a first time stay-at-home mom, to network and find places like Gymboree Play & Learn to find like minded women in your same situation. The library also works well and its free. Stroller Strides gets you together to exercise. I know I still have my size 8 jeans in the closet (pre-babies) and I can proudly say I'm back down to a (OK a bit snug) ten. I am confident that even just by cutting my portions and only snacking with the healthy stuff at night I will get there soon. Shoe Of The Week: Cole Haan 'Air Genevieve' Wedge Sandal

Recently, I gave it to a nasty site when I was told a link to of a photo taken from HERE was on their site just to bash it. They did an entire post on what they called "Hooker Shoes" that she was wearing. Its obvious that no one there knows the wonderful that is Cole Haan. I own the Genevieve bag and their are super comfortable. I can see why Kate chose them. You can purchase them for at Nordstrom.com. The Air Pixie is also a favorite of mine.

So I looked and shes correct. Season One is complete but Season Two on the combined DVD is not. The Missing Episodes Are:

- Hit The Road (Season 2, Episode 11)
- How It All Began (Season 2, Episode 12)

The Masche Sextuplets Coming In June

OK, so before I discuss the Overabundance of multiples shows out there, he comes another in June "The Masche Sextuplets." Now the fight about Jon & Kate exploiting their kids, how is it now valid? When one after another these large families are rolling out shows hoping to get some of the wealth the Gosselins now have? "The family decided to do the show because they thought it was the perfect opportunity to document all six of their children’s lives. The show will follow the family and show how Bryan and Jenny Masche raise their three boys, Blake, Cole, and Grant and their three girls, Savannah, Molli, and Bailey, while still managing to keep full-time jobs. The family lives by themselves and manages to do everything by themselves; the only help the family does receive is from the sextuplets’ grandparents. To manage this, Bryan and Jenny have to maintain different work schedules. I'm thinking that once again they found a pretty blond mom and more cute kids and they're hoping for another hit show. Lets see how long it takes Jenny to quit her Medical Job once the money they pray for comes in and I guarantee we will be flooded with more bad sites just for them. The haters need to spread the wealth............

Gymboree Working Hard To Regain Footing

Speaking of Gymboree, I was sent this article about Gymboree trying to regain its footing after a rough year. You can read it HERE. And while I'm still trying to confirm where someone saw that Gymboree DOES NOT give the Gosselins free clothes, this is an interesting read nonetheless. I am a HUGE fan of this store and I can tell you first hand that they DID take all rhinestone clothes of the shelf for a particular line and we just got the first new collection of Gymmies in the store that completely passed the safety inspections. Gymboree could never be to careful and I'm proud of them for that!

Hello Gosselin fans! Yep its 1am here. I worked during the day and spent the night hiding plastic eggs with goodies inside, finishing up large stuffed Easter baskets and getting all outfits prepared for church. Tomorrow will be a busy hectic day. But Easter for us is more like Christmas. Lots of visiting, eating, and presents for the kids. They are so excited. I am just, well as Kate says "exhausted!". Hello Gosselin Fans! Its Spring Break here which means THE KIDS ARE HOME! Yipes! And as every working parents gets a case of the guilt's, on my first day off I took the kids to a Bounce House and let them work off all the organic sugar!! haha!

With Kate doing book signings in CA next week (see NEW date added to my list), I wondered whether it was intentional that she did it next week because of the kids being off. I really hope they make it a fun week for everyone and they film some cool activities for us to see in the upcoming episodes! Jon & Kate Plus Eight Earth Day Special

Entertainment Tonight looks to have the following going on on their site as well as their show:

"Jon and Kate Gosselin and their eight children are back for a one-hour special -- and ET has the scoop.

On Sunday, April 19 at 9 p.m. on TLC, "Jon & Kate Plus 8" take part in a one-hour special in which they go green. Special guest Steve Thomas, the host of Planet Green's "Renovation Nation," teaches the Gosselins how to make their home more energy efficient, as well as more economical.

Steve and his crew help the Gosselins transform their home into an "eco-savvy" dwelling by installing electric solar panels, solar thermal panels and solar powered lights along the driveway.

It is also educational for the kids, who get to help with the projects, so they learn about the environment while having fun with their mom and dad.

The fifth season of "Jon & Kate Plus 8" will premiere at the end of May."

Hello Gosselin Fans! With ER ending after 15 years and Guiding light closing its doors after over 50, it seems this week is the ending of several scripted shows. Reality TV is whats in now. Some love it, some use it to do nothing but snark about others lives so they don't have to worry about their own. I am beyond blown away by things that people say on some blogs. I agree 100% that behind the guise of some random name they feel that they can pretty much attack whomever they want even though they don't even know them. They move past Kate and try to make comments about this blog and others like it they know us personally. I just laugh. I am so above and beyond the horrible jealousy. I am flattered that my blog is such a top priority. I strive to make the best fan blog there is and I appreciate the constant love and support! I HAVE ARRIVED!

Nashville Southern Women's Show

I received so many wonderful stories about the Southern Women's Show in Nashville it was hard to pick one to showcase. I find it amusing that those that were featured on the troll blogs would always say "ohh Kate was in a bad mood". The people that I spoke to saw none of that. I guess its all in who you speak to. Thank you so much Amanda & Michelle for giving me such great positive stores to share! There were so many people telling different accounts (Jon trying to create a spin-off show??) that I guess the only thing everyone can agree on was that it was hard to hear!

"One lady in the audience told Kate that she was half Korean and asked how the Gosselin's incorporated the culture into their lives and Kate said "Stay tuned for Season 5!" So there must be some things shown about their Korean heritage we have not seen yet!! One lady asked her how she kept her "adorable figure", and Kate could not hear the first two times but on the third time she heard it and she laughed and said, " I just wanted her to say it three times!" Haha, everyone laughed. She is just so personable and I enjoyed hearing her answer the questions. She was also asked if she would go back to nursing after the babies went to Kindergarten and she said, " What I do now is much more fun than being a nurse so I will continue doing what I do". Oh and someone asked her where she goes to shop and she said.." Oh they are going to love me for this (haha), but I go to every Ann Taylor Loft store in the country I can find!"

"The crowds were ginormous so we couldn't see (or hear) too much of the actual interview part where she answered questions on stage. Wouldn't you know, we go within 10 feet of her (on the other side of where the lines were) and were able to just stand there and watch. It was GREAT!!! I was able to take photos of her signing books. At one point, my 2 year old said, "There's Kate!". She looked over and smiled at us. My son said, "oh mommy, Kate smiled at us!!" So it was worth the crowd for that!!"

London Ontario Women's Lifestyle Show

I always wonder If Kate is told whether she is just allowed to talk off the cuff or not because at this show she didn't do really a long Q&A segment, more just talking about things from the book. This account is from Laura:
"Kate was exactly as she is in the show - she's the real deal! She seemed very normal, not like a celebrity. She pretty much just talked about what was in the book - if you've read the book you knew the sequence of events and what she was going to say next. It was still neat to hear her talk about her experience. The one thing she said (which I don't remember being in the book) was that the doctor told her to lay on her left side to help with the blood flow. She said when she flipped herself over Leah was kicking all night - so she went back to laying on her right side and squishing Collin and Joel. She said it is funny to see how they are now, and that even in her belly they had the same personalities."
"She spoke for just under an hour and then answered about 10 questions from fans. One question started with "My daughter is a carbon copy of Mady...." Kate replied with "Let's never put them in the same room!" She also talked about how every night at the dinner table they go around and say something that they are thankful for, or what the best part of the day was. She said they used to always just copy one another such as "I liked going outside" and the next would say "I liked going outside" and the next "I liked going outside" but she said now they are each picking their own thing to say, and she enjoys hearing what they have to say. After the questions she did a book signing. She would only sign copies of Multiple Blessings, and she would only sign on one certain page (I guess this falls into her loving to be in control!" She just did a quick "Hello... Thank you" to each person - they said she signs 700 books in an hour. The shirt she was wearing was the same as in the Sesame Street Live episode (she is human!)"

Jon & Kate Plus 8 Season 4 to Be 2 DVD's

As I had mentioned in my March 20th post HERE about all the changes with the Season 4 artwork and release dates, someone beat me to the punch and posted the new stats for the DVD's. Apparently TLC decided to do Jon & Kate Plus Ei8ht Volume 1: The Wedding to be released May 5th. Volume 2: The Big Move will be available July 21st and have all the remaining episodes on it. A Man's Point of View: Why Hate Jon & Kate?

When this was sent to me I was so excited to share it. Mr. Garner Goes To Washington wrote a really great piece that was written from a man's point of view. One that's a fan. These are the articles I just LOVE to read..an excerpt:

TLC Upfront Showcases Season 5, Watch Family Outing

Hello Gosselin Fans! Wow I must say, this week this blog has been insane with the hits and I feel bad that I haven't been here every day like I used to be. I really thought that once the season was over it would pretty much be a trickle here. But people are still talking about the incredible almost 5 million that watch the season finale and I guess still want to hear what else is going on. Also if any of you from Nashville got to attend the Southern Women's Show please e-mail me as I would LOVE to hear how it went. As you can see I have added another event for the State of PA that sounds like fun. The First Annual Pennsylvania Women's Show will have BOTH Jon & Kate in attendance.

TLC Upfront Promotes Jon & Kate Plus 8 New Season

What I love about these Upfronts is learning about all the new shows that each Channel will be bringing up for the new season. And while my favorite second show Project Runway was just sadly announced to Lifetime after months of speculation, TLC is now promising 19 NEW shows for its new season. Sadly most of them are Makeover Shows and variations of such. TLC is reworking its scheduling strategy, giving each night of the week a “theme,” with programming that fits within that theme. The network also unveiled its 2008-09 programming lineup. You can see some of the new line-up HERE. Of course other New TLC starts will be of all people Jennifer Lopez & Kelly Rips for their new SHOWS. I just find it so funny the people criticize family's for getting TV shows and now even the biggest celebrities will be on the new TLC lineup. More of the list is below:

"TLC announced today that Jon & Kate Plus 8 will return for a fifth season. The popular show that attracted record ratings for its March 23 finale will join a busy roster of returning programs, such as 18 Kids and Counting, A Baby Story, American Chopper, What Not to Wear, and Little People, Big World."

So the biggest news which everyone already knew was that Season 5 is a big go. Jon & Kate both attended the Upfronts together. Jon said to "expect the unexpected," and Kate added that "[the family will] be taking a very exciting trip in the near future. Not to give it away, but it'll take us back to our roots." Hmm. So while everyone is speculating a big trip to Korea in the future, what other surprises can be along the way? I'm thinking more reflection as a family and a big haha to all the people that wished their show would end simply because of jealousy. I for one can't wait.

Hello Gosselin Fans! I figured I would post early today as my nights with the kids have been crazy and even my DVR has been on overdrive with stuff I never get to watch. Tonight Nana is coming to watch the kids while Mommy & Daddy can go out to dinner and have some "alone" time. After watching Jon & Kate finally going out and spending time by themselves to work on their marriage I thought it was a good idea to do the same. I don't tell my husband enough how I appreciate all that he does for me. As Vicki would say "I'm filling up my love tank."

Since my photo cakes have been such a HIT in blog land I thought I would "make" another one and wish Jon a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY! I hope that he has a wonderful day with his family. I know that Kate is off doing more appearances tomorrow, and I'm sure they are taking full advantage of today. I have decided not to post more of the hundreds of "will they or won't they return" articles or "Jon & Kate marriage in trouble" articles since we all know that they're coming back and yes, they're working on it. Ok not literally, but IMDB is claiming that this is currently the working title of the April 23rd season 5 opener. This would be following the one hour special April 19th. (And why on a Sunday? Is that day even correct?) Again, this could all change at any time, and I will let you know if it does. Whats up with the title and why does it say it will be on a Thursday?? We shall see!

Hello Gosselin Fans! For the past few weeks I have been posting every other day because I have been way to busy at home and things were a little bit slower in the land of Gosselin. But the Season Finale was SO HUGE, such a shocker, that there has been so much info coming out! Its hard to keep track of all that is being sent to me. Being on the cutting edge (lol) of all things Gosselin, I must report as much as I can while its Dinner/Homework/Baths/Bed. I am also still trying to keep up with American Idol as well, but my husband hates to watch it. So paying for this DVR service is now worth it! Speaking of, I hope you like this cute photo!

Jon & Kate On Access Hollywood...Who Believes Body Language Experts?

Well some do and some don't. I guess you need to watch this and make up your own opinion about whether you feel Mark Stevens comments were accurate. Will There Be A Season 5? We DO Have A One Hour Special To Look Forward To!

Well on yesterdays post it was revealed that they have already apparently done several episodes already for season 5. Emeril Lagasse spilled the beans a few weeks even before the finale aired that he was doing a cooking show with Jon & Kate. Well now Entertainmentweekly.com (via the Hollywood Insider) spilled the beans that they do have several shows in the can and that a "Going Green" Special featuring Jon & Kate will be airing April 19th.

"For now, TLC won't officially say whether a fifth season is in the cards, though it's certainly something the network wants. "Jon and Kate are part of the TLC family and we obviously want them to be happy," says a TLC spokeswoman. "The top priority is to let them have some quality time together." She added that production can -- and will -- accommodate the family's schedule. The prospect of losing the hit program couldn't come at a worse time for TLC, especially since the March 23 finale of Jon & Kate Plus 8 was the show's highest-rated episode ever among overall viewers (4.6 million), persons 25-54 (2.3 million), and women 18-49 (2.1 million). Eager to monetize the show's stellar ratings, TLC would no doubt love to go into its New York upfront presentation for advertisers April 2 with the news that it'll bow a fifth season of Jon & Kate as early as this June -- that is, unless something changes with the family."

Entertainment Weekly Review For Jon & Kate Season Finale And The New Table For 12

Entertainment Weekly's Jon & Kate Articles normally give me a headache when I read them because of the ridiculous comments that usually come after them. However I was particularly interested in the one HERE simply because it summed up EXACTLY how I felt about the series Table For 12:

"What made Jon & Kate so fascinating in its first season was simply the stuff of organization -- the how-they-feed/clothe/organize-the-kids stuff. Table for 12 did little to establish the children's personalities last night. But parents Eric and Betty Hayes seem like very nice people, and the show handled the presentation of four-year-old Rebecca, who has cerebral palsy, with restraint, not exploitive sentiment. The episodes were, overall, edited in a rather dull way."

Will this show keep us entertained until the maybe-maybe not season 5 of Jon & Kate Plus 8? I guess we will have to wait and see.

Hello Gosselin fans! So sorry about the messy post today. Things having been moving at an alarming rate. Both at home and in blogging world. I am super excited at all the upcoming changes to the blog. I did express in the comments that I will no longer be paying homage to that OTHER site. I am super excited to have acquired the rights to a NEW URL. I am hoping that all of you will follow with me! Basically its about the 100th episode! "Wow my friends just finished filming Jon & Kate their 100th episode, what a cool family & cute kids!" With literally hundreds of blogs out there that have Jon & Kate posts, so many people keep stating how hard it is to be a fan of the show and comment about it. Everyone says they feel like they'll get attacked and they do. You have every right to get on any blog (or hive as I call them lol) you want and say how you feel about the show. Hello Gosselin fans! I'm so sorry that this big fan has been short on the posts this week. Today I practically ran home from work after taking a child CPR class at the library. I am going to leave this for now for anyone that wishes to comment and/or speculate on the season finale tonight. I'm so excited yet so sad. All this build-up and now we have to watch a new family for a while. Frankly I'm sad to say I'm too dedicated to this one and I will be skipping it in favor of my Dancing with the Stars.......So relax, my posts are on the way, and lets thank Laura for the incredible recent photo of Kate from the last speaking appearance! B-Ball & More

Yay the episode is here! How interesting that it seems they were JUST on Oprah and here they are getting ready for the even. Is it me or do I feel like they edit these in 2 days? Kate talked about her change in her appearance finally. Like we need any more ammo for the trolls on Kate's fashion evolution. I personally LOVE the way she looks. Why is she only not relateable if she dresses in sweats and look harried? Its so funny to say that I knew (or at least I think I did) the exact Gymboree store she was at. It was cool that she went in and commented about the clothes she like there and discussed what the kids like to wear since I am at the EXACT stage now with my kids. We also got to see her shopping at Ann Taylor for the beautiful blouse that she wore last week for her recent speaking appearance! I also understood how hard it is to do something via satellite, as they were doing, with the kids trying to be still polite and calm when they cant hear or relate to whats going on. They went to get haircuts for their Oprah appearance from their home and I was glad to see that all the kids were happy they looked nice, because it was off to the Harlem Globetrotters! Who knew that they were such huge fans of the show!

But there was NO HUGE booing. Liars! As far as the Harlem Globetrotters outing, I have to say I spoke to two people that went to the vent. There was NO booing and that was all made up by the haters. Apparently there were a few upset people that The Special Needs Children were not asked to come on the floor as well but I honestly didn't see anything like that..The Harlem Globetrotters are, as everyone else, huge fans of the show. So the fact that the kids got to spend half-time meeting them seemed like a real treat. Cara going onto the Court was so cute, it seemed like she felt really special and it looked like everyone had a great time. I mean, what this did for them was HUGE, as most people I spoke to didn't even know they were still around. It made me want to go see them, that's for sure!

I was also happy that they addressed the "helper" that they have and explained that she is not a nanny. I feel that a helper is part-where a nanny is more full-time. I respect that fact that she does not want to be on camera.

Family Outing

"Get Me A Paper Towel!" Well I was excited personally to see Family Outing because of the interest of the Please Touch Museum. I wanted to know it it would be worth it to take the hike to have the kids enjoy it. I personally having young children to not like to go anywhere where they will go get messy and paint. So I was super proud of Kate for handling their paintings so well that they were making for Daddy while he was away. Going to paint at that canvas place looked really fun, and I hope to do something like that with my kids someday. Also I really LOVED seeing the kids at the Museum, it looks like a really fun place to take the kids! The Ferris wheel looked like a real hit! (This was obviously when Jon was off with his mom and all of the "photos" went down). And this was, as most of us speculated, what he was going to talk about. I personally was very happy that he was going to address what was going on. Whether or not anyone will believe the truth, or just be nasty just to put them down, I never thought Jon wasn't going to discuss what was going on and address the rumors. Lo and behold, 3 minutes left of the show, my baby starts screaming with a wet diaper and I missed the last 3 minutes of the show. But as speculated, it was I heard the "best" cliffhanger that they could have done for the show. What do you think? UPDATE: OK, in between life I finally sat down and go to watch the end of the show. I was really upset that they took down their interview room! I plan on taking it myself and putting in my own basement. How sad? They were really going for the full emotional tug of the heartstrings. Jon unhappy with not being able to have a life outside of just being a stay-at-home dad. Kate finally happy with where she is but he isn't. Ive been there and it was just devastating for me to see. The poor guy cant even have a fun night out without people ripping it apart as something else. My heart bleeds for them but I am confident that they will get through this. I really wish Jon had something to call his own so that he, like so many stay-at-home moms out there, could feel fulfilled. Kate currently has a little time at home now and I hope that they are spending the time alone together doing something fun with the kids! I wish them all the best!

Hello Gosselin fans! As you can see there were MAJOR appearances added to the list and I put it closer to the top for you to read. Poor Kate wont be catching a break anytime soon. With the release of her new book"Eight Little Faces" and the new DVD release, it looks like the book signing tour wont be stopping anytime soon. Ive been hearing on a blog or two on the CA dates she may have the kids in tow which would probably be shown on the show for next season in an episode or two. I know that me just looking at this list makes me tired. And mad! I mean, I had a blast going to meet her, but it was quite a hike. Lo and behold, my suggestion she come and do some dates near me (she said it was hopefully going to happen) IS actually happening. Girlfriend is practically coming to my doorstep for a signing in May. UPDATE: If any of you from Georgia went to see Kate tonight, PLEASE email me, I want to hear about it!

Amazon.com earlier DVD Release Date And NEW Updated Content From TLC

Holy Photoshop Batman! I had to just laugh when I saw the cover of Jon and Kate Plus Ei8ht: Season 4 - The Wedding, Volume 1 (2008). Poor Mady looks like a totally different person! (lol) I am sure everyone is gonna have something to say about it, but I think that even though the cover looks great, they could have not cropped the poor kids to look like cutouts. TLC in the wake of all the controversy that conveniently is happening right around the season finale, has made several changes to the new DVD. This is inducing artwork, re-name of the DVD itself, release date and content.

Originally I was told it would be a complete season 4 set with 4 discs costing $34.95 to be released May 12th. At the drop of a hat however, TLC CHANGED EVERYTHING. Now the date has been moved up to May 5th. Thats good. The price is going down to $27.95. Ok fine, but there will be only 3 discs now with the 700 minutes of supposed footage that as of now is still "undetermined". With also the bonus features not yet specified(supposedly the BEST part), I'm still unsure weather this disc will be special never-before-seen scenes from Hawaii, or if this will really be the complete season 4 on disc. Confused? Yeah me too. I guess we will have to see what we get as I have already pre-order it. Wannna too? Go the the Amazon.com link on the right of my page so see and read more! Bonus so far? Hello Gosselin Fans! I wonder if your like me, thinking about the tragic and sudden loss of the immensely talented Natasha Richardson from a simple ski accident. We have been talking alot about skiing this past week with this past episode. If your like me, your wondering how this could have happened. How she could have not hit anyone or anything, fell, and gave her self such a concussion that she didn't even realize it until she got back to the hotel. How could these this happen? For me, who went skiing once and vowed never to do it again from the pain 2 days later, it makes me well still never want to ski again. But most importantly, it makes me realize that your here one day, gone the next. Makes you think about appreciating what you have, loving who your with, because in an instant, it could all be gone.

I am hoping with this family, that they will do the same. I know that even though we all feel TLC hit below the best with their season finale teases, its really making everyone foam at the mouth for next week kinda like the house episode. It was amazing to see over 12,000 hits in less than 3 hours after the episode aired of people coming here to see what sort of reaction the fans had to what they "claim" they will reveal next week. What was the curiosity about? Why are people in blog land so curious as to what the die hard fans were going to say regarding this not-so revelation. I hope they know that I continue to support this couple 100% in whatever they do regarding their own family and those adorable kids. I have a feeling they will be just fine. And I praying they keep those precious dogs too! (Another rumor I want to disregard!)

Jon & Kate Plus 8 Season Finale Secrecy

There is such a shroud of secrecy over next week and the rumors are running rampant. Are they re-working the 2 episodes there were planning to show just to add in 5 minutes of controversy? Or was it already in the episodes? And if so, what is it? Well no one knows for sure, but I personally have seen at least 2 different teasers for next week. What do you think? Is this hype all for nothing? Did Jon really just help his injured mom and let off some steam one day at a bar? Will they be announcing a separation? Or could it be the puppies (no, but I added that on in again just for the trolls;)

I work on Mondays, so to get homework, baths, dinner and bed done before my favorite shows is a feat in itself. I actually finally caved in and bought the DVR service (ugh), because my two favorite shows happen to be on at the same time! I am also adding more dates this week for Kate as she starts book signings for her newest "Eight Little Faces". So keep checking for your city each week on my updated list. She's not missing a beat! But is this a good thing or a bad thing? Depends on who you ask!

Family Matters For TLC and its Viewers

As you can see, I have not yet discussed this show. I wont comment on it until I have actually seen it. But since I saw the special, I'm a bit sad to say I am not as excited about this show then the others. We will see. But TLC is banking on you all not loosing that "Gosselin feeling" as they are showing marathon after marathon in the weeks after the season finale. The story also covers how TLC has risen from nowhere to become one of the top 10 coveted advertising channels. Jon & Kate is obviously the highest for that channel.

Ok, so we all know that during this time Jon did his famous interview that you can re-see HERE.
This appears to be around the same time. I have to tell you I absolutely LOVED this episode until the very end. I was sad and upset that TLC even acknowledge that the family was struggling and having issues. It lends a nod to the haters that are out there looking for their marriage to fail. It ruined what I thought was a fun, happy meaningful episode that for once put the spotlight on Cara who so deserved it.

Anyone that even attempts to criticize the fact that Jon spent time alone with this precious girl should be ashamed. She is so deserving of spending time doing something fun with her father. That anyone would go on a board and have anything to say about it is so wrong. To see Kate, take the kids to a show on her own I really applaud her. I also went to this Sesame Street Live Show a few years back when my daughter was younger. Before it started I complained that I was paying too much for a show that short. Well let me just say how happy I was that it was the perfect length and yes, the kids do get fidgety after a while. Kate was super lucky that she got box seats where the kids can stretch a bit. Though she obviously didn't know she was going to be getting SUCH great seats, you can tell that they appreciated it. The boys are getting so old and looking so handsome! And the first thing my daughter noticed was the girls wearing the same Gymboree sweater she had (lol). The dogs were being "dog sat" and the kids got to meet the characters up close and even Mady enjoyed it. We also got to see Mady have some alone time with her mom while getting he braces checked, and it was a very nice segment as well. And lets not forget the puppies! It was also nice to see Kate (who we know really does love her dogs) taking care of them, feeding them before the dog sitter came ;) And for the record, I think Kate looks great. Why do people feel that just because she's not in sweats every week now shes no longer relateable. Do stay-at-home moms all have to look like a schlep in order for us to relate?

But what I loved the most was the interaction between Jon & Cara. They went back to Park City, Utah to The Canyon and it looked like so much fun. Even me, who hates to ski, would have loved to go down a mountain in a tube like they did. Jon got to do some cool things on his own as well, like actually riding with a coach from the Jamaican Bobsled Team. How cool is that? They put a camera on the sled and you swore you were right in there with them. These were some of the things I loved, along with seeing how well Cara has been doing with her skiing lessons.

At the end you see Jon & Cara having dinner. Jon spoke about how much he liked spending time with her and told her he loved her. My daughter loved this part. She said it was so sweet and now she wants her father to do that for her too (lol). All would have been a perfect end to this episode. But TLC has to ruin it be giving a commercial " It's all been leading up to this..."Seems to me that they're playing off of the recent press that they've received regarding the split rumors - did anyone else get that vibe off of the commercial for the season finale? I wonder if TLC re-edited the show to deal with all of the stuff being written and said lately about them. If that's the case then I'm truly disappointed. I know that all will be well, I have faith in them and pray that their marriage with get through all the hate & lies they are forced to read about them.

Hello Gosselin Fans! Today has been another crazy weekend. I was waiting for my husbands reaction to volunteering him to take my daughter and her 2 friends to The Jonas Bros. Movie this weekend. He was not happy. But every once in a while you gotta bite the bullet and do something that you absolutely hate doing just because your spouse tells you to. Not only did he volunteer to pay (since this was in 3D the tickets were $15 each! w/glasses) but he took the girls for pizza afterwards. With the baby napping and me cleaning it was the most productive day I have had in weeks. Payback will be a b@tch. (lol)

I also wanted to talk about how people think its so ludicrous that she still talks about budgeting even though they live in a million dollar home. Doesn't anyone get that you could still be wealthy and budget? Didnt we already discuss this to death? I just don't think people understand that this is how the rich stay that way. Why do people seem to feel that those that are wealthy are not allowed to clip coupons or budget? Or is it just another way to bash on Kate for all that she has that most don't? And why do so many people have issues with Kate wanting to feed her kids organic food? Just because she uses paper plates she is accused of hurting the environment, and if she allows her kids pizza shes bashed because shes not 100% Organic all the time. WTH? Kate Hopes To Do more: Possibly A Talk Show? London Free Press Asks All

Its so great to move past all the rumors and lies and get back to Kate and her family. I absolutely love the article that was sent where Kate talks about how things are going and where she hopes to be in the future. You can read it HERE. I love a woman that plans for the future and takes advantage of the present. It was great for her to mention as well the importance of having Jon & the babysitter helping so that she is able to pursue this new career once THEY decide when to end their popular TV show. It would be so great to see Kate as on a TV Talk Show ala Martha Stewart! The fans are rooting for this! I mean if it doesn't pan out she is laughing all the way to the bank as a best selling author that has spent MONTHS on the NY Times List.

"It is my job. It is extremely crazy busy and sometimes I think I can’t handle it all, but I try to look at all of the positives. I can basically make my own schedule and I really like that. Every day is a challenge and I have become a scheduling miracle worker through it all! Also, I can’t forget to mention that Jon and our babysitter also make it possible for me to travel and work. I know one thing for sure; I am never sure what the future holds for us! However, I am enjoying doing TV in all capacities that I have had the privilege of doing and my dream is that there is a future talk show waiting for me!"

And while we will never know if its true that Jon's mom was sick and he went to visit her them blow off some steam. Or if he was on crack one night and did something stupid like go to a bar with tons of girls, will we never know the truth? And while one would think that this story would have already died down, think again: Unfortunately its a slow news week.

Hello Gosselin Fans! Before I begin I just wanted to say thank you to all the fans that have written me in the past week. I was overwhelmed with the amount of mail I have gotten, and I tried to quickly answer each of you, but it was ALOT. I appreciated the time you take to write. Some of you didn't even know there was a place to comment after each post. I encourage you to pick any name you want, and express how you feel there. That way you can have others to talk to about your feelings and questions!

Last night was crazy with me trying to get the kids to bed and switching back & forth between my shows. What I thought would be a yawner turned out to be a really good night for Dancing With The Stars. As you know I will root till the end for Melissa, as there is nothing like a woman scorned to get my juices flowing!

For the first time however, my husband begged me to put on Jon & Kate! Hes not into all that flashy dancing though he likes the costumes on the girls..whatever.. He was more interested in seeing what poor Nala ate. As Kate would day "Men, aren't they lovely?"

Jon & Kate Plus 8 On Oprah

I FINALLY got to see the Gosselin on Oprah and I loved the whole episode. Its so funny how a fan of these shows can go on and on about how great a show is, then you get the snarkers that think they can pick it apart just by reading facial expressions its bizarre. I don't have the Style Channel but Ruby seemed like the coolest chick that is truly trying to loose weight and find herself in the process. And the Little Couple, I am looking forward to seeing what that story is about. Jon & Kate and the kids looked wonderful. Wearing of course the new Gymboree line that I myself just bought. The kids did so well for so early in the morning. Even Mady was on her best behavior. And I don't know why people thought Jon was looking like a sad naughty boy. Its just more lies people make up. I didn't think he spoke or acted any differently. His answers were fine and nobody that knew any back story would know the difference. Kate looked really great and professional.

We now know that after 4 long seasons there is a new crew (except boom-man Mike). Which, from what I heard, is normal after 4-5 year contacts expire. We will no longer be seeing the kids in their rooms, as its now 0ff-limits. The house looks like a home, and the kids seem to be getting so big now its amazing. The new episodes will start in May. And with the final episodes being shown in March, that will give the family PLENTY of time to move forward with the Jon mess, & give the kids more time to enjoy life away from the cameras. And isn't that what those poor snarkers have been begging for since they claim to be so FOR the kids? Oprah loves them, I'm still trying to figure out this SKYPE (where was I?), and although I'm sad it they weren't physically there, it was the next best thing!

Trip To The Vet

From now on I will be saying to my kids "You get what you get and you don't get upset!" Its now my favorite line! Why ohh why do people feel the need to criticize what these kids eat like they know better? So lets first guess what else people were talking about: the new furniture? The fact that the poor puppy swallowed something? How dare Kate let that happen? Well pets of course to this even when strictly supervised as we all know. Is poor Nala going to be OK? Will the trolls start slamming the episode only 5 minutes in as usual? And will they still be griping about the washer & dryers they will never have and how upset the are that Kate does? The dogs are bigger now and are so stinkin cute. I could only imagine how big they will be in a year. Last night poor Nala swallowed Hannahs horsie. I'm glad they didn't show the dog sick. They showed how much the kids love their dogs, that Kate's novelty already wore off, and Jon's a poopie man again. No wonder why hes in trouble (lol). Anyway we see how much Skoka misses her sister, and how dogs are incredibly aware when somethings wrong. Having had a Sheepdog all my childhood life, this was heartbreaking to see. When Jon takes all the kids to pick up Nala after doggie doll surgery, he notices that hes short one kid. Poor Jon can't catch a break. Thank Goodness Alexis is sleeping safely in the car. The doctor tell the kids to not let the dog run crazy, and no chasing. Yeah right.. Thank goodness shes young and a fast healer, because the dogs are finally reunited at home and Shoka is ecstatic! He kisses her and you can see the overjoyed look on his face as the dogs are running in their huge yard! Happy ending indeed!

Hello Gosselin Fans! I have obviously stayed low before posting as I wanted to see how all this crap in both Star Magazine and In-touch played out. These are rag magazines, so you know they will take any type of picture they could find and slant it any way they can. I will say this, everyone will have a different opinion. Some will say hes a lying cheater and Kate should be devastated. Others will say that I feel taking photos with fans doesn't mean anything. To each is own. I prefer to believe the latter. I mean, its the SAME photo that we have all seen & discussed, not incriminating in my eyes! UPDATE: I just added to my comments that a fan saw Jon & Kate Feb. 25th at the Harlem Globetrotters game. They were fine.

I saw & met Kate around this time (Feb. 12th) and I could tell you FACT: She said she was happy to be getting home and seeing her family and spending Valentines Day with her husband. Now if Star Magazines Dates are correct, he WAS actually with his wife on Valentines day and went out on Feb. 6th & 20th. Did he just go out to have a drink and take some photos with his fans? Jon made a statement that that was all it was. Keep in mind that all Star Magazine has is a bunch of photos. They can basically make up whatever they want from that. That is trash journalism that has lied before. The fact that both these articles came out at the same time, is warfare at its worst. In-touch, doesn't have anything and I completely dis-credit them. All they took was Star's info and re-worded it. I could write better than that. I think. I mean, they posted the same main photo!

Anyway, whatever the situation, this family is human. Those hateful horrible people including that troll Moon has been horrific in what they say about this family. This children's whole existence could be affected for life if this family is torn apart by this. Its sad to think the people would hate on poor Kate so much they were praying for crap like this. To them its the intimate satisfaction, like they win some kind of game. Simply because they are so jealous of this family and for no other reason than that. It makes me sick. I have read on GWOP and other sites how they tell woes of poverty, or not having some stupid new fridge in their life. Is that the reason you continually watch but hate the show? The B.S. they tell of child exploitation is just that. Its only a facade to mask the real issues of just plain green envy. If this shows anything, its that the stress of all the horrible things that are said about this family is starting to take its toll. It breaks my heart. I wish and hope only the best for this family. I do not blame in any way the fans that must have loved to pose with him. I truly feel it was THAT innocent. If I saw a celebrity somewhere I would do the same. I blame those nasty bitter haters. The best revenge for this family would be to stay strong, ignore the gossip and stay on TV for another few years!

The Gosselins Say Goodbye to The Old House, Jon & Kate Are Doin Great!

Hello Gosselin fans! Was the snowfall a record breaker for you too? Last night again I woke up several times. I called my husband who was taking a break from plowing (the best investment that has paid us back) and I forced him to talk to me to put me to sleep (lol). So we talked about what was going on two years ago today, and how I was also up scared to take my IVF in the hopes that I would get pregnant.

In these small instances, Kate and I were very much the same. We both wanted just one more, our husbands were happy with the family we already had. I had spent the past year going through horrible needles, Clomid and 4 unsuccessful IUI's that almost broke us. I was blessed to have wonderful insurance that covered one shot (chance) at a successful pregnancy. One In-Vitro Fertilization. Your ideally supposed to retrieve 15-20 good eggs to choose from to implant. I only had 5. And although I was only implanted with two eggs, I was made aware that there was a chance we could end up with triplets. I don't know how it happens in other States, but here in New York they pride themselves in creating the best chance of pregnancy with the lowest risk of multiple births. And after my scare when I lost baby B at 8 weeks, baby A (Ava) was a 12lb. 11oz. (yes, you read right) cutie patoodie that has blessed my life ever since. We spent last night laughing and wondering what it would have been like with triplets. I don't think we would be alive right now to talk about it (lol).

Jon Finally Makes A Statement to End The Rumors

The Gosselins Say Goodbye To The Old House

I felt bad that tonight my TV heart was all over the place. I do not and have never watched The Bachelor, however with all the juicy gossip going on I HAD to see what this guy was going to do when he picks one girl in the finale and then changes his mind. Men. There's something to be grateful about when you look at your husband and thankfully say "Glad that's not me". I say this because just like the Gosslins, people are attracted to controversy, attracted to gossip. It ruined what would have otherwise been my Gosselin Night. I mean, they played the "Trip to Disney" tonight which is one of my favorite episodes! But alas, I couldn't get into tonight's episode....

If tonight's Moving episode was the last 2 minutes of the show, it would have been great. It literally brought an actual tear to my eye seeing those kids running around the house in montages. But it was more about finding junk you never knew you had which is pretty much every day at my house! I loved seeing the kids enjoying the crayons on the floor, and the feeling of sadness myself seeing the lights coming down. It did feel kinda like the end. Which is why I don't understand why they didn't save it for the March 23rd season finale. It would have felt great to know that even though the season was ending, next season would be here soon! Aaden, Joel, and Leah fought over burping the teddy bear was absolutely precious. And when Jon talked about not wanting to let go of any of his dad's stuff, I thought I was going to cry. But on a positive note, I thought Kate was great tonight, and I didn't realize how emotional even I would be seeing them leave that house...Who do you think will buy it? How crazy will it be to be living in that house? Do you think it will be a fan of the show?

I was reading somewhere that the whole family was at the Harlem Globetrotters this week for a show and of course a fuss was made that they were there. And instead of going, wow, they must have had a blast, that must have been fun, I was only thinking, what will people say about ANOTHER perk of being the Gosselins.....

Hello Gosselin fans! Does anyone remember February? With working, kids, school and life, this whole month was a complete blur. One can only hope that we will all have time to breathe in March. Last night instead of going to bed, I was up till 1:30 am watching Titanic on TV. You know a movies good if it holds your attention in the middle of the night for 3 hours. If you ever need a cool place to go in Orlando, I highly recommend the "Titanic Experience". We went with my kids and they loved it! So now I'm concerned with my new insomnia issues I have spoken to a few people that say its normal and I do need to find new ways to unwind from the day to get to sleep faster. Any ideas?

Jessica Remo Clenches Her Last 15 minutes of Fame

Have you ever heard of an article being done about the reporter that reported on a previous article? No I haven't either. But the fame whores from the Philadelphia Magazine took hard to the beacon of light and decided to interview Jessica about her interview. You can read that gem HERE. I swear I laughed out loud and almost passed out. I didn't realize how man variations there are on that haircut. Hello Gosselin fans! This week everyone was talking about the families newest additions and everyone had something to say about it. It has been quite the discussion at our house as well, as to whether it is a good idea to add such a responsibility to our home now. I am bad when it comes to subliminal advertising. Whenever I see something on TV (esp. food at night) I want it. Of course kids are no different, hence numerous arguments and debates about getting a dog ourselves. (We decided to wait until after our first trip to CA in June.)

GWOP Gets Egg On Their Faces After Article Bust!

A few months ago, this weird e-mail kept popping up on the two Gosselin hate sites. It was apparently from this "mysterious" journalist who was going to EXPOSE The Gosselins for who they really are and were looking for anyone with any damming evidence on the family to please write her. It was on nasty Moons & GWOP'S site. Now as much as I hate Moon she kinda took a "lets wait & see" approach while GWOP jumped on this thing like ants to a picnic and wrote a whole blog about it. Now from hearing about this we either thought it was a total hoax or it was just going to be some garbage article that meant nothing. Well Jessica Remo finally got her big article out there and it was NOTHING! You can read it HERE. It wasn't even in some huge Magazine like she claimed.

"I'm a writer on assignment to investigate many of your concerns for publication in a major magazine." Her exact words! It was basically 3 pages of the families life and 3 pages of GWOP nasty jealous bitter troll garbage on a webpage.. Nothing exciting. No big REVEAL, no secrets, NOTHING. And it apparently took 6 WEEKS to write! Why you ask? Because the poor girl was looking for ANYTHING from ANYONE to expose the Gosselins for something. Ironically the only excitement to this otherwise skip-over article was that TLC was sent a copy (probably by Jessica herself looking for more publicity) where TLC blasted her as Unethical. GWOP tried to spin it as "ohh they heard about it straight from us" which you knew was another big fat lie. Anyway. I am soo happy! Talk about popping their pathetic balloon! Sharla you must be so disappointed! I hear ya girl! NOTE: PLEASE PLEASE write your disgust to them over this article. Since it was linked on GWOP I don't want it to look like the fans have not stated their disgust over this trash....

Kate finally back in PA does Another Barnes & Noble Book Signing

I was excited to hear that Michelle & her son went to the book signing to meet Kate. It was nice to hear that all went well and they had a great time. Read her story below. (NOTE: This B&N did not allow Kate to autograph anything other than her book, but each store must be different as the one I went to encouraged you to have her sign any of the DVD'S as well. Even if they were not purchased at their store!)

Well, I have already met Kate and read her book but when my kids found out she was coming to “our” Barnes & Noble they just knew I would take them to meet her. Now I never got into the “picture-taking, autograph-getting fan thing.” I mean, she is just a normal person but my kids love the show and they love that Jon and Kate and the kids live near us. I does add something special to the show to see places that you shop, restaurants you have been to, roads you travel on and the like flashing across your screen with the Gosselins.

We were off and got to Barnes & Noble around 2pm. Kind of funny thing about me, I am not a very good planner. I did not even think about the possibility of a line. It was a damp, rainy, snowy Sunday and we parked ourselves at the end of the line that literally wrapped half way around the outside of the building. Luckily, it only took about 20 minutes to get inside where it was warm…and very crowded. I felt bad for the people who were actually there to…ummm…look at books. The line wrapped around the inside of the building, too and everyone was so excited. There were little girls grinning and holding their brand new books and moms who looked just as excited. One woman in front of us even had Kate’s hair.

As we got closer to the book signing table, Barnes & Noble employees were around telling us to have our books open to such and such a page, etc, etc. I asked one lady if Kate would sign something other than a book, she said, “No. Books only.” I knew this could be a bookstore policy more than Kate’s so we stayed in line. My son was so bummed. We had met Jon at an event their church was sponsoring and my kids got his autograph on a Jon & Kate postcard he was using for those waiting to see him and they really wanted to have Kate’s John Hancock on the same card.

We got up to the table. People were crazy, hanging over the railing of the escalator, standing on chairs, flashes going off all over the place. Kate was very sweet and didn’t hesitate one second to sign the postcards. She asked where we got them and I explained. She thought it was fun that the kids were “collecting signatures.” She smiled and we were off. I would have loved to stand there and chat with her. There are so many things I would ask her. Just mom stuff. I’d love to pick her brain. My son was grinning the whole way to the café to quiet our cravings. As we left the café and headed up the escalator toward the children’s department we heard people yelling, “Kate, Kate!” A couple employees escorted her upstairs and through a side door. She was making a quiet exit. Just wondering if Cara, Mady, Joel, Aaden, Collin, Alexis, Hannah and Leah will be there next year signing “Eight Little Faces”? Probably not, but that would be fun!

Puppies For The Gosselins, Kates Multiple Appearances, See Home Sweet Home!

Hello Gosselin fans! While last night I'm sure you were in your PJ's watching the Oscars, my friend begged me to go see Kathy Griffin with her at Madison Square Garden. And since the Oscars had the obvious winners (Kate Winslet, Peneople Cruz, and Slumdog Millionaire for everything) and only one surprise (Sean Penn) I was super happy we went to see Kathy. She was so funny and awesome. "Thank you so much for buying one of my tickets in this lousy economy!" she said. "I promise to make this worth while!" And boy, did her humorous potty mouth deliver, I swear I almost peed in my pants.

Puppies For The Gosselins See Photos!

I am soo excited to see this episode tonight. I will try to recap it as soon as its on. There have been rumors spread that they gave the dogs away due to allergies. That is so false and another lie that was spread on sites to make it appear like the Gosselins shouldn't be entitled to pets. Jon spoke about the puppies at Penn State and they still have them. So again, where these rumors start I don't know. And how does anyone esp. a hate blog say whats good or bad for this family and think that they knows whats best for anyone? What people have written about the breeder that gave the dogs to the family strictly because of who they are were disgusting. What is wrong with this family, just like ANY family, allowed to get pets for their family? This article talks a bit about why this particular breed may or may not be a good fit. So Kate gives the announcement that the kids will be getting not one, but two puppies for Christmas. The trolls are watching with anticipation and practically bust a get when the kids are upset they can't get to name them. First off, there are 8 kids. To get them all to agree on a name would be ridiculous. I did agree that the names should be up to the parents, however I honestly would have at least attempted to make it seem like they helped with the decision. I loved watching the excitement of the kids as they got to the mans house and saw all the puppy cages. Poor Aaden was the only scared one, but letting the kids play with the dogs and see them enjoying the mans backyard was again a nice treat. Jon & Kate discussed their reason for picking these dogs, which should be good enough for them, but apparently not good enough for bloggers. Everyone seems to have an opinion about it (see above). They wanted both a boy and a girl, and it was nice to see Kate so happy, calm and relaxed about choosing which ones they were getting.

When they found out they could take them home then and there, Jon & Kate looked a bit scared. I don't blame them. I don't think either were prepared for them, and Kate's comment (it was like getting babies at your door) was very accurate. One home the first thing they did was pee and poop on the new carpet. I also liked that Kate mentioned what such big helpers Mady and Cara have been, with the Tups adjusting. I really hope this family proves the negative haters wrong and has these dogs for a very long time. They are making me, sad as it is, become slightly interested in giving in to my own kids about a family pet.........

And although Mady had her usual fit in the beginning of the show of not being able to name the dogs, I liked at the end how she said to all the kids "Now lets say thank you mommy and daddy for getting us puppies!". Kates "your not welcome" was just Kate being Kate.. And giving all the trolls something to blog about. Thank you Kate, because they honestly would have had nothing else for another honestly good episode.

Jon & Kate Plus 8 Do Oprah Again? The Ferrill Quints Struggle To Financially Survive

Hello Gosselin Fans! With Multiple Blessings incredibly STILL #15 on the New York Times Best Seller list, I'm thinking hard about perhaps penning my own book! This week was an exhausting test of endurance to see how long I could possibly work, take care of kids, go to 3 parties and Gymboree classes and still try to get the baby to take an afternoon nap. And its only Friday. Happy Weekend Everyone! They are going back Monday!

Its been hard to read all the negativity thrown at this family lately solely because of the twists and turns families have had to go through in this economy recently. I was talking to a fan online that was agreeing with me that people seem to be using Kate as an outlet for the monetary frustrations in their own lives.."Ohh my family is struggling, and she gets a NEW washer!" Making fun of Jon getting excited about a popcorn button on a new microwave, not even comprehending that he was talking about new the new sensor technology that came out for both the min and the large popcorn bags. So many jump to sometimes ridiculous conclusions and even intentionally start false rumors, only to secretly wish failure on this family for some personal satisfaction. Strictly because they're ANGRY they don't have it as well! Its so incredibly sad...

The Ferrill Quints Struggle To Financially Survive

So this brings me to this story Amy sent to me on the Ferrill Five Quintuplets that we born 2 years ago. This family was struggling to the point of bankruptcy and have children that have medical issues that are not covered through insurance. You can read the story HERE. Now they too had a show on TLC. Does this family deserve the same criticism because they, like Jon & Kate choose to put their kids on TV to pay off their bills and have enough for college? I truly feel, that there is a huge double standard strictly because of Kate's personality. This family did not get the break that Jon & Kate did. They weren't able to turn the negative hate blogs into the Gold Mine by using it to their advantage. If they did, well then they would too get all the negativity that comes with it. Just because they would be getting what others couldn't. What do you think?

Poor Jon Cant Have Any Fun, Trolls Wreak Havok in FanLand

Hello Gosselin fans! Lately as you all have seen we've had a floodgate open and several hundred trolls fell out. Some started off nice and showed their true colors quickly. Some you can spot a mile away, and some have changed their names several times on various blogs to disguise themselves. Don't think just because I have something called a life and I'm not on here as much now that I cant quickly pick you out and take you off. Some I leave for debate purposes, I try to let as many different opinions stay here as possible. But if your here to sneak in some lies dashed with a sprinkle of hate, your in the wrong place. This site is for the fans of the show and this family, to enjoy the discussion without having to help me shoo the crazies out....

Poor Jon Can He Ever Have Fun?

Ok, I had no intention of showing this pic, but since everyone has complained that the horror that is Moons site posted it like hes a drunk, I figured I would be the first to share the pic and ask your own views about it. If Jon, went out one night and had a few drinks to unwind, so you think that's unfair? This shot was apparently taken when the bartender asked to pose for a shot, then she plastered it all over the interned for some 15 sec. of fame, and to make Jon look like an drunk. And while I know this isn't a great shot, its not saying anything other than he just posed with fans. Im sure after seeing this shot everywhere, the man will never go out and get a drink again. I mean, were all human right?

The Ridiculous Valentines Day Interview That Never Was

Many have discussed a article in which a journalist named Kelly DiNardo "claims to have gotten though the PR red tape and gotten some type of phone interview with Jon & Kate. Lets just say we do NOT know if this is even true. Well apparently she "claimed" she was doing a Valentines Day article and wanted Jon & Kate to give her some "love tips". Are you kidding me? This sounded to me alike another GWOP crazy trying to slam the family, but since we are to her she actually writes books, you would question why she was even interested in a five minute phone convo about love from Kate Gosselin. None the less it wasn't a good time, because Kate basically told her I don't know why you're doing this story. We're not romantic or lovey. We're not that couple." What upset me about this "so called" ridiculous love article, was that she linked a hate article which really made me feel like she was out at the start to get something that would not only get her press, but show how much she wanted to hurt the family. I have no idea who Kelly DiNardo is, but I'm told she just like GWOP. And she has the comments that were linked on that site to prove it. Thank you for loosing all credibility.

It's been said by a lot of your show's viewers that sometimes you come off as irritable. What do you say in response to that?

Walk a day in my shoes and you'd be irritable too. What you see is what you get. I mean, it's the real me. I'm not going to be somebody I'm not. I have chilled out a lot because there's so much going on. I have to. And I think that's good for me. But again, come take a whack at it...

What's the hardest thing about doing the show?

It is the most full-time job I've ever had. But then the flip side is that we both get to work from home. We have eight kids, yet we're both at home with them. At least one parent is with them 95 percent of the time, and that's the best part. I try to focus on the good and not the bad. And that's definitely the best part.

Because just like Kate, I'm more of an indoors girl! That means I also get super excited when shiny new things come into my home. Tonight, she actually handled it much better than I thought she would. Collin realized he found his true calling (the man needs to come to my house), Hannah and Alexis made me laugh and realize that all these kids have grown up so much in the past 2 seasons its crazy. And while this was also filmed while the twins were in school, have no fear, the puppies are almost here! And we basically got to see the commercial for the two not-so small puppies that look like they will be the size of buses sooner than you know it.

Jon & Kate have now made me want go out and buy Clorox stain remover! Yes the subliminal advertising works people! This show makes me want to go out and buy all their stuff. Once the kids got to enjoy painting, we got to see them color too. (After a really tender moment of Jon washing the kids faces). Jon did a great job letting all the kids know they did a great job! These again are the mundane parts of the show that people love to watch. I enjoyed watching Kate shop and insist on a particular tile, only for Jon to pick out the correct color for the floor. We got to see Kate get frustrated and interrupt Jon again (cue 150+ snarking Kate comments) but overall this episode was drama free. Note to self...another show where Kate kisses and plays with her boys? How could that be?? Just the way we like it!

Hello Gosselin fans! Happy Valentines Day! Are you having a happy LOVE day? This is my first post after the big meeting Kate story. Thank you so much for all the kind notes. Of course, the trolls over at IMDB had to dedicate a post to my meeting Kate and you just have to laugh I guess. I thought no one read my little ol blog?? Ive been told that I should be flattered, but there are a few crazies there. Lane Plus Jon & Kate..Does Kate Have To Save Them Too?

So far there have been several in-trouble companies that have looked to this hit show to help them out. Does Kate have the magic touch? We are now happy to hear that both Kmart & Walmart have been advertising with Jon & Kate and doing really well because of it. So you knew it was only a matter of time before a furniture company took advantage of the free advertising by providing the Gosselins with some new furniture. Lane Home Furnishings is the new marketing program that is hoping to be pulled from the bankruptcy quicksand by Kate and were really hoping that third times a charm for her. "The ultimate Home Entertainment Furniture for their active lifestyle!" seems to be the new promos. Does it make you want to try it out?

Season 4 DVD Out Soon!

With the HUGE success of the Season 3 4 disc DVD doing so well (Target has a "Special Addition" that included a 5th disc!) TLC is gearing to push out season 4. This 4 disc set will include more never-before seen bonus footage and extended episodes! (Running time 700 minutes in full screen) You will have to wait in May 12th, but it will be worth it!

Hither Tither & Yon.. I Finally Meet Kate Gosselin

Hello Gosselin Fans! A few weeks back when Theresa from Gosselin Garb let me know Kate was going to be in New York, I made the mental note that I was going to venture out and try to go. I mean, how far could West Nyack, NY be? Well apparently very very far.. (lol)

So far in fact, that from Long Island, New York you need to go on two bridges, go through New Jersey and back into upstate New York to get there? Thank goodness I was smart enough to call Barnes & Noble to double check that things were a go. They weren't. Kate had to cancel to fly to LA to do Dr. Phil, she was coming the following day! Changing plans was horrible and I had to leave work early and BEG (lucky valentines day is coming up!) my husband to go with me. Kissing the kids goodbye I felt horrible leaving them to go Hither tither & yon to meet Kate. Sitting in bumper to bumper traffic, knowing in was already 5pm and they were handing out bracelets at 4pm, I wondered if he should just turn around & go home.

When we found this mall in the middle of nowhere, we almost passed out. It was HUGE! Like Ferris wheel and merry-go round huge. We saw the Barnes & Noble and were scared we saw no one but two ladies at a corner table. They have us a bracelet, we were number 341 and they told us to come back in a hour . This is what I loved. No waiting in line for hours! She had no problem with me bringing in my book not purchased there, but told me Kate was also signing the DVDs as well if we wanted to purchase one. I was so mad I didn't bring seasons 1&2 for her to sign, and saw season 3 was there for $36.99 to purchase. We went for a lovely dinner, and I even begged my husband to let me go into my favorite jewelry store Pandora, where he bought me a charm for my bracelet. I hear his mind clicking as I know hes gonna want "payback" for all this lovey stuff hes doing. (lol) We quickly went into the Target there and picked up the season 3 cd for $26.99.

And at 6:45 we came back and well, I guess all the people in the mall were here and Numbers 1-100 were already lined up. The final bracelets for 600+ were being given out & then you heard the screams. Kate was on time, looking beautiful. And then this is where the wait began. It was so sad to see all the young girls there so excited with their moms, knowing mine weren't there was heartbreaking. My daughter called twice to hear the commotion over the phone. All the people I spoke to on line didn't blog, didn't care, just loved the show and loved Kate. I felt like they were better untainted people because of it. There were teenagers with Gosselin shirts on, it was kinda the most surreal thing I had seen in a while. The line went quickly. Kate posed for pictures, hugged babies and seemed in a happy wonderful mood dispute the hectic life she must be leading having just come from California. Just as I was about to meet her she stopped for a quick restroom break. When she came back she mentioned quickly that she wanted to make sue the kids were getting ready for bed. When it was my turn I was excited to introduce myself, and even happier that she received my e-mail and was apologetic that she wasn't able to respond back. She knew who I was and we briefly talked about the site and the birth of my 12 lb. baby. That man always accompanying her looked agitated that I was taking up a bit longer of Kate's time. With one obvious hand on the shoulder he had her sign my book & CD and asked if I could take a picture with her. She was happy to do it. Leaving and seeing hundreds more on line made me glad I came early!

Overall Lets Recap:
1. Kate is beautiful in person (though very thin). She was wearing smokin hot 4 inch black heels and really pretty black skinny jeans. Remember the old sweatshirts? (lol) no more!
2. Even the hair looks good, I don't think it reads as well on TV
3. She is sweet, friendly and very misunderstood
4. Those hates sites mean NOTHING! Nobody but those 30 or so bloggers that are constantly on there are any big deal. The fans that don't read it or care what it says are what matters.
5. She couldn't wait to go home and be with Jon & the kids
6. I realized that it was important for me to meet the person I blogged about for the past 6 months. It makes me happy to know that its appreciated. I'm glad I went!

Hello Gosselin Fans! I am having problems linking Kate on Dr. Phil yesterday. So I'm telling everyone they can see it HERE and HERE. I decided to post the old video of the first time Both Jon & Kate were on, and then tomorrow hopefully have the other video up. I know that she ran on Tuesday to tape what looks to be a very great segment on the Octuplets mom. Did any of you get to watch it? I heard she was wonderful and was careful not to align herself with the Octuplets Mom's situation. Feel free to discuss it here.

Kate said when fertility treatments were successful they expected one baby, with the possibility of another set of twins, and thought she could prepare herself for four babies at most. That pregnancy had resulted in seven but, sadly, they lost one baby. I don't know whether anyone but another mother can start to understand that we grieve the loss of every baby, no matter how many other children we have. The Gosselins declined 'selective reduction' due to their faith and appreciation of the gift of that pregnancy."

Hello Gosselin Fans! You know how it gets right after a new episode.. I have to resist the urge to slander the trolls for their usual "I promised myself I wouldn't watch, but I did" speech as well as resisting any urges to read how anyone looks for ways to rip apart & episode. Since i knew Kate was going to be away for this one, I was concerned that they would take the venom out on the kids. They decided to leave most of that for Jon instead. But isn't this what they all said they wanted? To see more "day in the life" episodes? For me personally I have gotten so spoiled seeing them do all these super cool things, I get really bored watching episodes like this. So I'm slightly more judgemental. These episodes are like the "filler" songs artists put on albums. You know they got the 4 top 10 hits, and the rest just stretch the time a bit.....

A Walk In The Woods was based more on Jon trying to take care of the kids while Kate's away. I love this man do I get super defensive when trolls start to bum rush him. He did NOT loose his temper, the kids were NOT being cranky because they were being forced to walk. NOT ALL KIDS LIKE THE WOODS. Mine certainly don't. Its not "so sad" or "horrible". If you watched you saw how great they were once they ate. Perhaps a small snack before the walk would have been better. I too am not an outdoors person, but that shouldn't have stopped Jon for at least attempt to take them out once and see the land. So the kids had a meltdown. It happens and you knew it was coming. So the trolls need to stop finding trivial mundane things to complain about and just know that kids are kids. Kids+sticks-sticks+no snack= cranky kids

I actually liked that Jon took the kids on the tractor individually and got to spend time with him. The kids seemed to love it and it ended the morning on a high note. I loved the Walkie-talkie idea and the kids having fun with that. But what loved the most was seeing each child after lunch doing their own thing. Some actually WANTED naps (holy cow!) and some wanted private time on the computer. I can see why a bigger house was so important to this family. Now I partially blame the crew for obviously making them interview late at night. Because you KNOW the trolls will start off with "Kate yawned and didn't touch Jon, the marriage is OVER." Please people. Have you no children or spouses? Or you truly live some perfect tribal life real people don't know about? (They also re-played the flu-episode when Joel was on the floor toinght and I agree 100% that Kate did the RIGHT thing there! I mean, minutes later he was back in their room and he threw up all over their rug! But him sleeping peacefully on the floor was NOT OK??) I admit Kate was tired tonight, but I don't think she knows what to say or do once shes not in a episode. Or had any sleep for that matter. But that's OK! I love me some Kate ;) But this was Jon's show, and I loved how her was able to make a ordinary day with the kids be fun. And he dressed them all by himself! (lol) And isn't that what we all wanted in the first place?

Alas, apparently all the fuss in blogger land isn't even about A Walk In The Woods, but rather next weeks episode. OMG! KATE GETS NEW APPLIANCES! Here we go again. Is Kate NOT allowed to furnish her house? Or is that just more jealousy stew to feed on for a week until next weeks episode? Favorite Part: Alexis having a blast on the trailer. Least Favorite Part: Feeling bad for Collin that he couldn't AND SHOULDN'T pick up at least 10 more sticks.....

Hello Gosselin fans! When your a parent to young children, most movies you see will be those of the kiddie kind. These past 2 weekends we have gone to 2 movies, one good, one not so much. The first, "Hotel For Dogs" I was dreading going to, and I was so surprised how much I enjoyed it. A movie that entertains both parents and kids is a huge plus for me. The second, "Coraline", was a huge let-down for me. Not only was this movie expensive (3-D Glasses add $3.50 to the already $10.00 admission). This movie was scary for young kids, boring & long for the adults and I feel bad to say I give it a thumbs down. Enjoy The Nightmare Before Christmas instead. The kids in the theater were so super fussy towards the end, it went downhill quick...

Jon Gosselins Standing Ovation at Penn State

Yesterday I received several excited e-mails talking about Jon's wonderful trip to Penn State. Two of My -emails, one from Andrew, the other from Amanda, both had different new goodies to get excited about. Please enjoy pieces of both their e-mails to me as well as their pictures that I made into a sideshow.

The event began at 7 pm, so my roommate and I got there around 3:00 pm, just to make sure that we would get a good seat. After a few hours of waiting, we learned that the line stretched out the building and all the way down the street, and that there were about 800-1,000 people waiting. There were only 700 or so available seats so we were very glad that we got there early! They started to let people in and we were quick to take two seats very close to the front with a great view. He looked great - Just as cute in person as he is on the show! :-)

He began by answering the 10 "most frequently asked" questions.. i.e. Which of the kids are most like him, How he and Kate ever get alone time, etc. I already knew pretty much everything he was saying at this point because he and Kate answered these questions already on the show. He mentioned that he and Kate try spend some time together often and they like to watch Grey's Anatomy! He then started to talk about his life now, which I was really excited to hear about! He mentioned that they have a nanny that is NOT Jenny - she is Asian.. I think he said that she is from Taiwan.. he mentioned that she will not be shown on the show. He also said that they just signed on for Season Five (yay!) and that there are a lot of great things coming. He talked about their 2 new dogs - two German Shepherd puppies! A boy and a girl - the girl is named Nala and the boy is named Shoka. When asked about the names he said that the boy is named Shoka because when they were in Hawaii they met a very large Hawaiian security guard named Shoka and they thought it would be a fitting name for the dog who would grow to be over one hundred pounds. He talked about taking them to the vet and not knowing what to do with them at first!

Then he was asked questions about his ethnicity and being in an interracial relationship. What Jon was mainly saying was that he never really thought of himself as being in an interracial relationship until people started to label them as that because of the show. He said that he has only ever experienced discrimination in high school. He mentioned that he grew up in a very "white - Caucasian" environment and that he experienced his heritage through the food that he ate growing up. I really got the feeling that he was very proud of his heritage, but he mentioned that we should all be known for "who we are, not what we are". He then asked trivia questions for prizes.. he asked when the twins' birthday is and the sextuplets birth order and things like that. Then the audience had the opportunity to ask questions, which surprised me, because the advertisements had said that we weren't allowed to ask him anything. One thing that I remember him being asked was whether or not the twins are into boys yet or not.. he said that Cara has all guy friends and Mady teases her for it! He mentioned one specific boy that Cara is friends with that is a foot shorter than her, which made everyone laugh. The whole time he was joking around and laughing and he seemed like he was having a great time!

He is so nice and personable and hilarious! He was joking around with us, as we were all college students, about having fun and enjoying our twenties. After he spoke he mentioned that he would be signing things and everyone ran down to get their autographs! It was chaotic but I managed to get him to sign my Multiple Blessings book! I told him "Thank you" and he said "You're welcome!" and smiled! It was a great experience and it really just proved to me how great of a guy Jon is and how much he loves his family.

Jon was quite entertaining and very laid back while answering questions from students ranging from his heritage to things that go on behind the scenes of the show. Jon mentioned that he had just recently signed on to do season 5 with TLC, so another year of J&K is on its way. He also mentioned that there was the optional 2 more years that they could do the show after that, but that it was up to them and the network to decide that when the time comes.

Among other things, another interesting note was Jon's response to a question about a possible trip overseas. One student asked if he had plans to travel to Korea in honor of his heritage. After stumbling a bit, Jon mentioned that they had definitely thought about it and that he knew if he was going to be taking a trip like that but that he was not allowed to talk about it. He mentioned that that was one of the things that was going to make Season 5 "so interesting." Anyway, Jon was very relaxed and quite entertaining throughout the event. However, the event quickly ended and was pretty chaotic when Jon told everyone that they could just come down and grab some of the free stuff that he brought with him to give away (sunglasses, t-shirts, photographs, etc.). This brought an onrush of about a billion love-struck coeds which quickly brought the event to an end. Jon spent 10 or 15 minutes signing autographs before being whisked away by his PR guy.

Thanks for being the positive blog out there regarding this family. I don't agree with everything about them lately, but I do think that they are really held over the fire way too often by people that are just jealous or just don't understand.

The Hayes Family Will Also Be A Weekly Series Soon

After reading this article from The Chicago Sun Times, I find out we will also be seeing the Hayes as a weekly show coming soon. I feel bad that I wasn't excited about it. Although it is truly heartbreaking to hear the story of their daughter and how wonderful this mother is taking care of her and raising such a cute family, I always just thought that their Documentary on TLC was enough. Does this family, despite its size also have a shot at being the next Gosselins or Roloffs? And for the trolls that went on and on about how great this family was, will them having a weekly series the same as the Gosselins make anyone change their tune? Will they too, be accused of exploiting their kids just because they are paying for college with this show? Only time will tell, but there will always and forever only be one Kate Gosselin..So far I don't think she has anything to worry about.

Hello Gosselin fans! Its super cold and I hope that everyone is starting their weekend snuggling and trying to keep warm. If your blessed to be in a warmer climate don't tell me because I'm too jealous! All this talk about the octopus woman on TV is giving me a headache. The baby isn't sleeping through the night again, and I just cant fathom 6 like this...I want to shoot myself....And I know, that that expression is not a nice once, but I used it purposely. There some blogging as to the outcry over Kate using that expression on the house Episode. I never even heard it until someone went on and on about it. Please give me a break. Does this mean we are getting our guns out now?

Jon Visits Penn State Saturday For The Asian Pacific American Caucus

Jon & Kate appearances have come so fast & furious lately its hard for me to keep up. Tomorrow, or today depending on when your reading this, Jon will be speaking at Penn State to highlight Asian-American culture at the college. This was so cool and nice to hear and you can read about it HERE. You need college ID to enter from 6:30-9pm.

Kates Popularity Keeps Her As Spokesperson for both P&G & KMart

After the huge success of Kate Gosselin coming and opening Proctor & Gambles first temporary brand store in New York City recently called Brandsaver Live, they are keeping her as their spokesperson till at least June. The fans were thrilled, until we saw how BRANDFRAK was trying to put a rain on Kate's Parade by trying to put a negative spin on it. Both P&G & Kmart are both keeping Kate as their spokespeople due to the positive spin she put on their layaway program and will continue to feature her hopefully until late Spring. Her run was successful and their was nothing put postive reviews on how well she did her job. Its just a shame that these site have to have a comments section. You know what happens when trolls get bored.......

Stepping Into Kates Shoes, EW's Stomach Knot, Kates Spa Day

Hello Gosselin fans! Every once in a while I try to ask people to put themselves in Jon & Kate's shoes for a minute. I personally do this alot because I could only imagine what the trolls would say if they saw a few days in MY shoes. If any of us got a camera following us and saw the way some we talk to people. Today I went ballistic at Stop N Shop when I saw my kooky husband giving the baby some CoCoa Puffs to quiet her down. We are literally 2 isles away from the baby section were he could at least have given her some wheat puffs. But nooo. So my tiny, not-so-petite behind almost jumped on a 6'2" man. Cause now my big one also wanted some CoCoa Puffs and the kids are screaming over them at a supermarket. It wasn't until we got home and he refused to speak to me that I just said "yeah glad that wasn't on TV".

Regardless if I had a rough day it isn't until bed that I felt terrible and tried to apologize. I know Jon & Kate have talked alot about how great it is when the kids go to bed, that they have the time to talk and get the day off their chest. And though those are the things I wish others could see, perhaps more hugging and snuggling before bed, it probably wouldn't even matter at this point. Were not entitled to know, and the trolls would just thing it was more staged damage control anyway. But if it was me, Id let you guys in & watch that I tried to make amends, and we really do love each other. But I would NOT let you see me in my jammies (lol).

Entertainment Weekly Gets Bombarded With Trolls

Entertainment Weekly.com has always loved and supported the show by writing several great articles. This one got the trolls panties in a bunch when they wrote a less-than stellar article and how Kate yelling at Jon over the coupon got their stomachs in a knot. And while everyone is entitled to their opinion, the trolls flooded that board like ants at a picnic. I swear they search out the articles before I do! How is it that the haters get to this stuff even before me? Anyway the questions was whether we still love Kate anyway. I know I do!

Q: Is it lonely being the mom of eight kids? Do you have time for female friendships?
A: Lonely is not a way I would ever describe my life — that is for sure! I don’t have time for friends in the traditional way but I do keep in touch with my friends as best as I can.

Q: What is your guilty pleasure?
A: I go to the spa once a month. That is a recent tradition I have started for myself to incorporate relaxation into my life. It’s something I don’t have much of!

Finally! Jon & Kate's Big Move....A fan Meets Kate in Chicago

Hello Gosselin fans! I was so exhausted last night, I watched the repeated episode of this at midnight with one eye open. I guess Kate being on Larry King overshadowed my excitement for seeing the new house. But here we are, isn't this what everyone has been waiting for? A show with them just being home and seeing their everyday lives and doing NOTHING? Then why do I wish they would just go somewhere and do something? And more imprtantly, why is this no longer enough for anyone anymore?

This episode truly had only one thing or maybe two that the hate blogs would be all up in arms over. Lets start off in the beginning when Kate welcomes everyone into their new home. Can you smell the jealousy? Its truly hard to enjoy a place that big when its so empty and not yet a home. We got to see the kids packing, Kate freaking about dirt (which I looovvve) and poor Alexis getting the short end of the stick for running on boxes. Poor Jon is trying to pack while Kate is away. Thank goodness they were smart enough to hire some sort of moving company. We tried that ourselves once and vowed NEVER to do it again. If that was my husband I swear he would do nothing and wait till I got home. Anyway since there's obviously no rush on the move they take little by little what needs to be brought. When they get to the house we get to see what people claim is a new refrigerator.I swear I spit my drink out when I saw that, because I knew that was the 1st think the snarkers will fume about. Its it really new or were the panels just taken off the old one? Who cares, the kids finally venture out and learn that they truly can be off by themselves and have their own spaces now. There not used to the openness yet, as most of them still all play in the same room.

Ahh, when Kate gets started these are the moments I love. Shes freaking out again, this time over using a coupon for a $50 shower head. Now you KNOW that since the episode was pretty quiet this is gonna be the major headline: KATE WITH $5 STARBUCKS LENTI COMPLAINS ABOUT COUPONS! Well let me start by saying my drinks cost alot too. I also would be pissed my husband spent $50 on a shower head and I too would force his behind back to the store. How the heck can we all afford Starbucks if we don't skimp on other things! And for the record, I too saved $20 on some sheets at BBB. They even take expired ones! (Don't ever go there without one) Remember people, the richest are so because they are the BIGGEST coupon clippers! TRUST. So now its time to see the cute boys exploring their new backyard and I think poor Joel falling & pulling up his pants again. But nobody in blog land can enjoy that, they're too busy complaining about how their are so much in despair while Kate is complaining about a coupon.......Why dwell, and why can't anyone just be happy for this family? And when is Alexis going to get her own spin off show?

A Fans Story on Meeting Kate This weekend at Willow Creek Church~ By Laura T.

"My day began at 5:30 when my alarm went off! I got ready for the day and my friend picked me up at 6:30. We arrived at the church around 8am.The church was beautiful and big. I have never seen such a big church in my life, and it was gorgeous. We sat down near the front of the church, in the middle. We wanted to make sure we had a perfect view of Kate! The service began with singing, complete with piano, drums, guitar and backup singers. It was a wonderful, contemporary experience. About 20 minutes into the service, Kate was introduced and she came out looking stunning! She was wearing an above the knee red suit, black heels and the typical Kate haircut! I must say she looked better in person than she does on television. She is more petite in real life than she does on the show! The church played the Season 3 opening sequence as an introduction. The theme for the past month at this church was “Families at their Best.” Kate was the finale to this series. The theme of the interview was about how God helped her and Jon through all of their struggles.

She reiterated many points that she talked about in Multiple Blessings. She was very charismatic and funny. She talked about when she was at her first ultrasound with her second pregnancy. Throughout this conversation, the church would play clips from the show. The first one they showed was when Jon and Kate went out to eat for Valentine’s Day. The sextuplets were still little. Anyway, this clip highlighted all of the screaming children, potty training, dirty diapers, and finally getting out of the door! It ended with Jon and Kate at the restaurant ordering their food and having one of their normal fights. Anyway, the interviewer asked how Jon and Kate have stayed a strong couple. She replied that the kids are on a strict schedule and they try to use each minute as it comes. She said they try to use moments when they are checking email and so on. She said that when they are alone, they try to talk about the day and what their arguments were and how they can fix them, like any normal couple!

Another interesting thing she talked about was giving. She said that once she moved into the house where the show has been filmed for a long time, that they were able to start saving money. She said that there was this one family that her sister had spoke about who was going through a rough time. The father lost his job and was trying to support 4 children. Well, Kate and Jon thought it would be nice to write them a check. Kate kept putting it off because she kept thinking that her 8 children could have used the money. But, one day she wrote the check, and ran it out to the mailbox. In the mailbox was a box with a red ribbon around it. As she was running back to the house (because her 8 toddlers were in the house) she opened up the box, and there was a Sam’s Club gift card in the exact amount she wrote the check for. She said it was amazing how God provided for her, and it was good that she could help another family, just as those helped her.

She also spoke about the feeding schedule when the sextuplets were just born. She talked about how it was the hardest part for her as a mother, to give up her babies to other people, so they could be fed. The babies had to be fed, and then they had to sit up for a while after, so they wouldn’t get indigestion. She said it was the start of being less controlling, because she knew it was in her babies best interest; they needed to be fed!

Kate mentioned the guilt she felt as a mother after the six were born towards Cara and Mady. She knew she no longer had the time she used to have with them. She related this guilt to a normal sized family who just added one baby into the mix. Cara and Mady now had six brothers and sisters and their parents had to take care of them. She said that often, volunteers would come over and play with Cara and Mady, while other volunteers were feeding the babies. She wanted her oldest girls to feel loved and needed too.

Before too long, the interview was over, and Kate left the stage. I quickly left the service and got in-line for the book signing. I had to pass my book to one person, my camera too another, and then I got to walk up to the table where Kate was. I tried to pose for a picture, which did turn out, but I am not satisfied. I was so nervous, but I told Kate that I love the show, I love her family. I thanked her twice for coming here, and we made eye contact and she said “Thank You.” I could have died. I was extremely happy. I ended up buying another book so I could get another book signed. The next time I spoke to her, the lady behind me handed her 6 books at once! I just said, “I bet your getting used to this unfortunately.” She replied in a friendly tone, “Yes I am,” and smiled.

I am so glad that I had such a positive experience. She is just as nice as she is on the show, maybe even nicer! Now when I watch her on television and she says how grateful she is for all of the things her family receives, I know she is speaking from the heart. I’ll be watching the show from now on with an even more positive outlook than I started with!"

Kate Gosselin On Larry King Live

Hello Gosselin fans! Which one will you watch tonight? Both the big episode when the family finally moves and Kate will also be on Larry King Live BOTH at the same time! I am so glad that they repeat the show because I am dying for Kate to spar off against Larry. So many times people would make comment like..Ohh I can't wait until Kate goes on a show like Larry King.. Why, you don't think she can handle it? I think that she is MORE than ready to deal with his types of questions..You go Kate, I'm rooting for you! (lol) Larry King is both taking questions and has an exclusive blog for the event. The comments are..the usual. Feel free to comment HERE. I will post a separate blog later once I watch the episode, as I was glued to my seat watching Larry King and haven't seen it yet! I couldn't get my kids to bed in time! I made them brush their teeth in like 30 seconds! (lol)

Kate Does Great On Larry King Live

Ohh how I love to prove those haters wrong. I cant remember how many comments used to come on the blogs saying things like "ohh they need to get Kate on Larry King live. He'll really stick it to her". Lets just start off that Kate in Chicago was via satellite. She is currently in Oak Brook Illinois for a book signing tomorrow. I was amazed, she looked absolutely beautiful tonight. She almost passed out when Larry first called her a different name (her called her Jane), after that it was all business. She probably didn't realize the number of umms you say (lol) but spoke very eloquently on how she struggled the first year and how deeply concerned she is for the new mom. She could have gotten really snarky about it, but all she said was basically she wished her the best. What question did I love? Does it become your right to judge other peoples parenting? How about when they are on TV? Kate answered that with class saying "Id did put my family on TV, but everyone is entitled to parent there kids how they see fit". Or something like that.. I gotta get that video footage. The trolls were already commenting before she show was on. All anyone can say is if Kate had work done. More superficical, jealous and bitter comments are sure to come!

The important point of this interview was, why are we entitled to say anything about this mom and her babies? Is it because they are not even a week old and shes already fielding out millions for the first interview? Is it because they're are 6 others that will also need her attention? And does it make sense that she is being vilified so early in the game since shows like Jon & Kate Plus 8 are making families with multiples so much money? This interview was great because it opened up so many questions to discuss. But who are we to judge? Or will people wait to judge when this woman has her own reality show? The answers will obviously be sooner than later......
